I realised that the blonde John Frieda Highlight Activating Shampoo I have been using must be having an effect when no matter what colour my hairdresser used in my highlights because by the time I went back my hair had always reverted to the same uniform shade of blonde, not an unattractive shade but then again not the colour I've been forking out a fortune for.
I've realised just how much deposit this product leaves on the hair after finishing a couple of bottles of it and moving onto another brand. I can't believe how soft and bouncy my hair has suddenly become. Although the product does what it sets out to, I can safely say I won't be buying it again.

I got the John Frieda Highlight Activating Shampoo (honey to caramel blondes) for christmas and unfortunately I was not impressed with the product. I don't feel that it helped to maintain the colour of my highlights and after rinsing my hair it was left very tangled and difficult to brush. It was also difficult to get a good lather. It suggested using it with the conditioner which I didn't, perhaps this would have a made a differnce. But at just over £4 a bottle I think it is a bit pricey.
