I have a matki shower enclosure which was fitted over 11years ago. Things have been good but now I need all the seals replaces and the chromeware. I found the original order form, which states LCQ900 illusion shower it's a corner curved style. I wonder if you can help me to order the parts that I need? Many thanks

We have an Original Illusion Quintesse Corner shower which is 10 years old and I would like to replace the silicone seals at the base of the door and also the vertical sides. Can anyone help me with this and what would be the cost? PS Do you have any tips for removing traces of hard water from the glass?

How should the bottom door trim fit on the matki elusion fit? I have just fitted a new one and the water still leaks out of the bottom of the door.
