Hip Hop Workout 2

Hip Hop Workout 2 - Having previously owned Hip Hop Workout 1 I knew what to expect - you get a good workout with some good music (not as good in 2 as in 1) and you learn some good dance moves.

When the video starts, the dancers start straight away without showing you how to do the moves in detail, this is a bit disheartening at first as you think you'll never get it but after a while it clicks and I felt as if I had achieved something. I use this video about twice a week and sometimes interchange with Nell McAndrews a couple of times a week - I can already see the difference - I've lost about 6 pounds.
