I had Beverley Callard's last exercise video, and I used to follow it religiously. However, after taking on shift work and a very busy schedule, I couldn't find time to workout for an 1 hour and 10 minutes.
The Lasting Results DVD is brilliant!! It's divided into 3 workouts: 1) 35 minutes - full body 2) 25 minutes - intense targeting on hips, thighs, bottom and arms, and 3)10 minute abs. I don't get bored because they're short, and I do it 5 times a week, varying between 1 and 2.
Some moves take practice, and it moves on quickly, so be prepared!
The women involved all have families and jobs, so it makes it seem very down to earth, and Beverley is a trained fitness instructor, so you feel you can trust her!
