Had this product for over six years. Heavy use over autumn winter.Heating element has just gone second one now.But very easy to change and cost £21 online. otherwise no problems at all.Served us well really.

i have had this tumble dryer for 5 years and after so many call out to engineers i have decided to just buy a new 1 this time!!
the heating element went nearly set house on fire. it is noisy, leaks, door very loose. i will never buy a hoover appliance again

I have had this tumble dryer for 5 years now and this is the first time it has gone wrong.
It has been fantastic up till now. I have taken it apart, which is really easy and found the fault. The part it needs is only £12.99 and is available at 4 places on line and also in a local shop. No problems with it, don't know why it has got so many bad reviews. I think it's great.

I bought a Hoover HNC160 and recently found the bearings has gone just after one year, Personally I will never buy a Hoover tumble dryer again
