I booked my holiday over a year ago and due to my own extenuating circumstances needed to change my booking. The cancellation/amendment fee was massive, but it wasn't down to First Choice, it was my problem. However, they have bent over backwards to help me and I could not be more happy with them. They have guaranteed me continuing to use them for many years.

Planos Bay Hotel Tsilivi absolutely fantastic from start to finish, we are a family of 4 and loved every minute of it. Food was excellent, plentiful and a great mixture to choose from, rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff, the waterpark was brilliant. First Choice team were also fantastic thank you all so much for making our holiday such a great one. Our only complaint would be the evening entertainment this was very boring and repetitive. The best act was the greek dancers fantastic, all other acts were a bore. Kids entertainment team were excellent and our girls loved every minute spent with them.

our 2nd time here, big changes over 5 years the resort has split in two, a lot better more manageable. pools very clean, gardens spotless, rooms clean but housekeeping needs a shakeup, we found sticky sweets under my daughters bed with 2 bugs the size of bottle tops feasting off them, after complaining it was sorted within 20 minutes, I clonked my elbow on the bedside cabinet first night there, I left 2 spots of blood on the bottom sheet, this was still there the day we left a week later, even though beds were made daily the sheets wer`nt changed as regularly as stated. food was brilliant plenty of choice, we took our elderly mum with us this year, we thought food would be challenging for her, she don't like herbs and spices in her food. it opened her taste buds, she loved it, especially the deserts they were amazing. staff couldn't do enough for you,entertainment team worked very hard though some inuendo`s were a bit crude with kids present. the trips we booked were great, especially the 12 islands cruise, swimming in the Med and topping up your tan. a 5** holiday we will definately go back again. the Smith family

This hotel had a professional and friendly staff who always gave of their best. The service they gave was excellent. Food was always varied and freshly cooked. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and it's location on the coast gave a breath of fresh air every day. spectacular sunsets to enjoy each evening from the lovely gardens.Local bus services and taxis easy to use. First Choice rep very efficient and friendly.

My husband,two children and myself went to this hotel as an all inclusive splashworld holiday and loved every single minute of it.We read some bad reviews before we went which made me a little apprehensive but we couldn't fault it at all.Yes the entertainment at the hotel went on every night until midnight but if you are wanting a quiet hoilday then you wouldn't pick Ibiza as a holiday destination in the first place.Everything about the hotel was excellent,it was very clean with fresh towels everyday.As for the food,well I don't think I have ever eaten or drunk so much,they catered for all different nationalities. The splashworld was a two minute walk away and was really good fun.It is a shame that this hotel is closing down at the end of season and being took over by Hard Rock Cafe 18-30's.

this was my first time abroad. we went to turkey woo what a holiday from start to finish. we stayed at aqua fantasy park kushadasi turkey .the hotel was perfect. food 10/10 clean10/10 staff 10/10 pools 10/10.the people were friendly smiling happy people. the holiday was so relaxed. The waiting staff were brilliant they worked there bums off. There was a tip box by door as u leave .please put in loose change they deserve it. we sat having a meal this German guy clicking fingers at them .shouting oi waving arms at him. poor guy clearing tables this guy wanted a drink. we had a meeting with the reps when got there. signed up loads trips. The only thing I was not happy with I would like see more of the reps during trips. We booked Turkish bath told meet gate. Bus pulled up Turkish guy got out you go Turkish bath no holiday reps were about. If there not been couple brits already in bus we were not going to go. We did sail ahoy trip it was superb totally brilliant went to nice beaches. had meal on boat went 2 coves We were loud jump off boat dive snorkel sun bathe .If u get chance go on it words don't do it justice they got photographer on board too. We had 1 problem we went taste of turkey. They dropped us off at a bazaar in kusadasi walking round Turkish guy said come see come see so we went over next thing he put loads tea shirts shorts boxers in bags saying no no.2 BAGS CLOTHES That be 400 lira no no don't want it we walked off next thing somebody tugging my shirt you buy you buy said no would not let us i'm not del boy you insult me .I had panic attack was physically sick we walked off my son missing. The guy had my son arm u not leave till u buy. my misses gave him 50 lira to go away. Got back hotel was in state .we booked evening market trip .We cancelled going I didn't want too. Got my money back The water park was excellent different slow fast rides The ques were small fast flowing action from start to finish. finally what can I say about the blue dive centre and water sports centre, out this world friendly helpful a good laugh got to no them pretty good. did a real scuba dive in ocean. After this they had taken film of me diving and feeding fish .what a memory this will be . Jet skies were great fun. I even had go paragliding the experience was out this world cheers fellas and was able buy photos me doing all this .this holiday to good for words thank you first choice/thomson best holiday we have had .going back next year thanks all .if u get chance go here u love it.

We stayed for 3 weeks at the Gran Bahia Principe Akumal in July '13. Great flights with First Choice.We travelled Premium Economy and couldn't fault the service.Comfortable seats,good leg room and fabulous in-flight entertainment.The free drinks kept flowing. The hotel was wonderful.We stayed in block 52 which was close to the lobby,pool,buffet and beach.The room was large,comfortable and spotlessly clean.Food in the buffet was good with plenty of choice.The a la cartes were enjoyable with our favourites being the Arlequin,Don Pablo and Gran Tortuga.All staff were friendly and helpful.My only criticism would be that the public areas(lobbies ,bars and buffet restaurants could do with air-conditioning and more fans.

Fabulous resort especially for families Excellent service children's activities very. Safe and well managed Food the best. I.ve had in any hotel. Would highly recommend

I stayed here for 2 weeks in july 2013 there were four in our party. This hotel has to be one of the best i have ever stayed in,all of the staff were fantastic always had a smile and very helpful,the hotel was spotless the room we stayed in had fantastic views over the sea. The food in the hotel was very good lots of choices and a lot of the meat and fish dishes were cooked fresh to order,the food is well labeled and the butter sculptures of swans and other things were out of this world, you won't go hungry at this hotel, the dining area was very spacious with plenty of waiters on hand. In the evenings they put a show on every night and good they were, there is a large lounge area with air conditioning and plenty of seating, as well as a piano bar with lots of space, there is a 24 hour beach bar where you can get drinks and food 24-7. The outside area where the pool was is spotless and plenty of sun lounges,plus a pool bar serving drinks and snacks all day,there is plenty of sun lounges on the beach which are all free. The rep in the hotel was very friendly like the rest and very helpful, and did not push you to go on any trips. A must see hotel if you go to cuba.

i booked the helena park for my honeymoon this YEAR. i have to say that the hotel was one of the best i have stayed IN. from the excellent service at the airport check in to the hospitality of the cabin crew it was AMAZING. the staff at the hotel were SUPERB. nothing was too much trouble for them they were very polite and COURTEOUS. our room was lovely very clean and spacious and the added bonus of the free mini bar on arrival in our room was LOVELY. the hotel facilities were amazing equally the pool facilities and the attention to detail with the sun beds and free towels was GOOD. the restaurant was beautiful with a fantastic range of meals to suit EVERYONE. the waiting staff were SUPERB. our rep at the hotel steph was FANTASTIC, her welcome meeting was fun and lively she was such a bubbly PERSON. we went on a trip to KHAN'S tent which i would recommend and my husband and i were given a bottle of bubbly organised by step which was LOVELY. my only gripe about our holiday was that on our last day my husband was unwell and as we had to wait 15 hours before being picked up for the airport due to our flight times i had to pay to keep on our room which was 90 lev as he was unwell to LEAVE. we kept our room until 6PM and although i would have probably paid for a couple of hours anyway i was a bit dissapointed at the price as i had made the reception staff aware of the SITUATION. would i go back AGAIN.... without HESITATION. we are already looking for next YEAR.

This Holiday was always going to be special,because,It was our first holiday in 12 years.We had been looking after my mum,she lived with us.My stepson was also getting married at the hotel.We were so looking forward to it,i was very excited. The Holiday certainly lived up to all are expectations. The Hotel was lovely.Clean,had everything we needed,or wished for.The staff were freindly,and very polite.The food was excelent.We could not get over it. The setting was lovely.So much to do.The entertainment was good.There was always something going on.We could not have wished for more.So much so that we are planning to go back next year for two weeks. The flights were good ,and the staff on board.My husband had never flown befor.He was made up with everything. The staff at the travel agent were very helpfull,and polite Thank you so much to everyone. Elaine and Arthur.

Our first time to the island of Menorca and I can honestly say it is just so beautiful, so serine and a wonderful place for our family holiday. We stayed in the Marina Parc in Arenell Menorca. The room we were allocated was so spacious 2 balconys lounge/diner/kitchenette, double bedroom and lge bathroom. We had all sheets, towels changed every other day and completely cleaned. we had fantastic view over to the Mediteranian and over-looked No3 pool. The service from ALL staff in the hotel was second to none, the kids club staff were excellent with my son ( aged 9 )and facilities and themes they provided were excellent. The Raminez Job Entertainement staff were excellent and catered for everyone.Having the water park on site also was a great benifit for my family and we had many hours of enjoyment right on our doorstep.I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was considering a holiday in Menorca & wanted a holiday that was quiter if you wanted or was full of action & things to do day & night.Organised excursions were aprox £100 family of 4 but I feel worth it for the 1st time visitor. All in all a fabulous holiday .
