Wow I am impressed. Quick easy online application, accepted with instant spend available and 10% off my purchases for the first 7 days. Well I have been a Debenhams MasterCard holder for the past 2 months and so far I an really pleased with the service that I have received from Debenhams and NewDay customer service.. Also I find it so much simpler being able to manage my account online and helps to keep a track of my spends... Loyalty rewards 3 points per £1 when shopping instore. So generally I can be found in Debenhams most days now :)

The Debenhams store card is about home electronics, home appliance, motoring, entertainment, life & style, travel, money, sport, home&garden and websites. I think that what is all about but, what i actually want from your store is the Debenhams store card which will be really very useful for me and will help me to order what I need and when I will need it.

No card is that good!! Sounds like you must work for Santander or Debenhams... The wording doesn't ring true does it folks? My experience with the Debenhams card was horrendous.

Great promotions for cardholders.....you should always ask if there is anything extra for cardholders. As long as you can pay the bill in full its a really good idea to get the Debenhams Store card!

I believe there is only one type of debenhams card and they charge a whopping 24.9%, best to pay it off each month and use a card with less interest, this is really high and gives you no cash back such as with American express where its 1% on all purchases which adds up.

Unfortunately no I'm afraid. Only 1 statement is issued each month and usually on the same date.. payment is due 25 days after the statement has been produced. If you ever find that you have misplaced the statement you can call customer service and make a payment by debit card or alternatively register for online account management

I missed one monthly payment and my card was declined having balance on it. Can the card be declined by missing just one monthly minimum payment?
