We were not told when Severn Trent were going to replace our meter with a "smart meter" unfortunately the person installing it wasn't smart enough to turn the water back on when they had finished. When complaining an engineer rang who wanted me to turn it back on. He sent me pictures of what needed to be done but the instructions were wrong for our installation and he wasn't happy about coming out to fix their mistake.

I rang ST about my account as I had a letter Final Reminder and last year I paid it by DD. Final payment was in October/November last year. I was treated like a piece of muck. I made a payment by card and set up a DD for the rest. I was then told that they would monitor my payments and should I default it would go to debt collectors. His tone and manner stunk and I told him so. I said if you look at last years payments they were all made on time and my account paid in full so don't talk to me like that.
