“Dissatisfied”

Never had a problem before but Really not happy that they're still using royal mail over other couriers, especially around Christmas. Will have been over a week before i receive my order. Not convinced I'll even get it before Xmas now. Evri would have had it delivered in a couple days no fuss. Royal mail are unreliable now which means the business is also. a bit of foresight wouldn't have gone a miss to ditch them and go with someone else.

“Simply games have never let me down ”

I have been using Simply games since 2015 and they have never let me down. I have recommended to Simply games to many friends who always have positive things to say. They are my go to store any games/consoles/ accessories, simply can’t fault them and they are always reasonably priced AND they deliver 1st class. Simply the best.

“Needs more selection”

Cant fault simply games for the service they provide. My only criticism is the selection and variety of games is lacking.Plus they dont have availability on alot of games which is a shame as the prices are very good compared to other sites. That's the reason for 4 stars if availability and selection was better I'd give 5 stars no bother.

“Unhelpful Customer Services”

My Blu-ray collection never turned up. Royal Mail apologised that the item had been incorrectly tracked to my house. After several emails to Simply Games explaining that the postman had not delivered that day, they asked me to send CCTV of the postman delivering that day to my house! Royal Mail asked me to give Simply Games the case ref to make a claim for the missing item but they refused. They are happy to take your money but very unhelpful when the item does not arrive.

“Pre-order arrived late again”

Two of the last 3 pre-orders I've ordered have not arrived on time. This last one I ordered on a Tuesday for arrival today (Friday) and it has not arrived in the post. Will update if it somehow magically appears today. Will not be using again if it doesn't.

Customer service is exceptional, easy to navigate website and prices very competitive, first used this company when struggling to buy ps5. Received email alerting of stock and received product within days. I preordered F1 22 and it came a whole day before the release date that topped with the price simply games is by far one of the best places to buy any game from! Just the pure speed of the delivery considering royal mail is delivering is absolutely amazing on the digital xbox store the Xbox series x version was £70 and here on simply games it was around £55 which is a absolute bargain a whole £15 discount just to own the game on disc! Everything about this company is just perfect I will be ordering my games from here over and over again as I loved my personal experience!

“No response from customer service with missing game”

Had an issue with a new game having a empty box and no cartridge inside. Emailed the customer service with 0 response still, not even an automated one and it's been 4 working days already. Also their phone number advertised on their invoice and website is a dead line, so I can't even speak to someone to know my issue has been logged. I don't hold the missing game issue over their heads as it's obviously a manufacturing issue, but to have seemingly no customer service in place is shocking. They could obviously have their hands full with emails, but that's the point of automated responses, so I at least know it's been logged and I need to be patient. Very annoying.

I bought my son his Xbox one off them two years ago and had no problems what so ever. They are fast delivery and also if you pre-order games you normally get the games the day before they are due out much to the delight of my son and the envy of his friends.

Certainly not. I bought my PS4 from them and received it within 24hrs - obviously depends on when you order (time and day) - I ordered at the beginning of the week in the morning and arrived next day. The console and box itself arrived with no damage, seal intact etc. Its as I would have expected, as if I walked into a high street store and bought one there.
I have bought a lot of things from Simply Games including a Turtle Beach Elite 800p Headset - my 2nd most expensive product after my PS4, from them and every product has arrived safely at or before the expected due date - inc pre-ordered games too.
I can honestly give them a great recommendation - often best on price, very quick delivery and never once had any issue at all. I buy with confidence from them!

My partner and I have bought PS4 games on numerous occasions from Simply Games. The prices have usually been the lowest around and they are delivered very quickly. If they are pre-order games they usually come a few days before release date which is excellent. I have just recently purchased a 2nd PS4 for my son for his 21st. Unfortunately, we had already ordered it from another on-line company. Just after we received the PS4 Simply Games had the PS4 1TB edition on offer for £40 cheaper. I was definitely a tad miffed for missing that bargain! We can thoroughly recommended Simply Games and we have had no trouble with any of the items we have received. Go for it - especially if you can find yourself a bargain - with Simply Games. All the best.

As a company they are serious, no problem there as in they will ship out whatever you buy from them.
Shipping on the other hand ... not so great. I had preordered Destiny The Taken King with them and got it a whole 5-6 weeks after release date. When contacting them, they said they couldn't do anything except wait until 6 weeks minimum had past before they could start making inquiries.
So basically: yep, safe to buy but don't hold your breath if your package takes a long time to be delivered.

Yes all consoles bundles from simplygames have a 12 month warranty. Unless stated that its a pre-owned console.

If the console is new it will have 12 months manufactures warranty, you may need to register it on line, most manufactures need this or keep your receipt

All new consoles carry a 12 months manufactures warranty. Pre-owned or refurbished units, check with supplier if any form of warranty applies.
Also remember to keep your purchase receipt and preferably pay using a credit card for added security.
Once purchased, it is advisable to register your unit with Microsoft.

How long does it take for this company to make its refund? The company is sure to charge a person in a second , but when it comes to cancelling an order and getting a refund , it takes bazillion of years, its way over 5 days they said that they were gonna refund me and yet nothing happens. Not to mention not to have the common decency to answer on 3 mails that i sent asking what's wrong with them giving me my money back. Poor customer service so far.
