When I Purchase Something As Expensive As The Sony
When I purchase something as expensive as the Sony NW-E99 I rate it based on whether or not I would consider purchasing something similar from the company again. In this case, I would never, ever purchase another MP3 player from Sony. I have already put in an order for an iPod since I can get a waterproof cover for it, the screen is much better, sound quality is crisper and the bass is richer. Their menu system is far better organized too. It's just a shame that I spent so much money for something as flimsy and poorly designed as this. What a disappointment! I have owned the Sony NW-E99 player for approximately 9 months now and in that time I have had to send it to the factory for repairs twice and had to reinstall the software it uses to install music because the drive mysteriously became corrupt.

Where to startwith the Sony NW-E99 mp3 player? Rubbish software, doesn't recognise some mp3 files as valid (creative player is fine with them) doesn't connect via usb half the time, absolute time waster. Buy something else.

I dislike this Sony NW-E99 because it's a piece of junk and it is useless.
Just saying something is rubbish is not good enough. You need to state exactly what the problem is, and try to be objective about it.
Utterly useless review. Does not give reader any idea as to why the device is a piece of junk or reason the reviewed disliked the product.
It would help if you stated *WHY* you think it's useless. As it is, your comments are of absolutely no use to anyone!

Just Bought One Of These Sony Nw-e99's Today After
Just bought one of these Sony NW-E99's today after a few days trawling through pages of MP3 player reviews and I must say I am not disapointed, looks good, feels solidly built, easy to use, sounds great.
