Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. DO NOT recommend at all. My policy was cancelled on the letter stating 7 days but infact it was 1 day from the day i got the letter. My named driver cancelled her policy previously on her own vehicle with a different company due to door number being incorrect. This went down as ‘fraud’ according to more than’s company regulations. We explained the situation but no, policy was still cancelled. They understand yes, but do they care NO.

the operato ( L J 4 ) was first class, she knew the answer to all my questions and was very pleasant to talk too. It is a pity I can not say the same about the music on hold it almost made me hang up.

Renewed my car insurance without my consent and then said i had opted for this to be done when i hadn't and then demanded a £50 cancellation fee , i am still trying to fight this when i shouldn't have to , please , please avoid morethan insurance like the plague.

Avoid this company, this company have tried to charge £349 for change of address rather than the normal £25 admin fee stated , also trippled the charge for requiring extra miles to just over £2000 as my usage changed during covid , how are young drivers expected to afford these extortionate prices, my car is now parked up and unable to drive as i can not afford the above quotes...

Got renewal been with few years. No claims. Price went up substantially.sent several emails no replies. Called eventually got through said someone call you 72 hrs no reply. Called got through after 30 mins didn’t even try and discuss renewal price. Seems not interested in keeping loyal customers. Got excuses about Coronavirus. I work with key workers. My time is limited than trying to contact more than. I don’t think Coronavirus can be blamed for price hiking or bad service. Avoid this company

8am-8pm with live chat what a load of tripe that statement is I am currently on hold for over 30 minutes with a voice message saying someone will answer shortly or I can go to the live chat on the web page but lol it says chat closed! I have been waiting 4 months for my no claims bonus confirmation - utterly useless company renewed my quote for hundreds of pounds more than the previous year that's why I moved must be paying that dude too much money on their adverts. Sort the customer service out more than its ridiculous 45 minutes now and counting even if you were the cheapest company I now wont ever use this company again

Absolutely appalling customer service! I was involved in an incident, ha to constantly chase the company for any kind of update for over 9 months!!! Also when trying to ring the all centre, was left on hold for 26 minutes, finally got through and they hung uo! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY !!!

Worst insurance company I have ever encountered and I have been insurancing my car for over 40 years. Keep well away. Pay at little extra and get yourself a good reliable trustworthy company. Read their terms and conditions carefully or you will be out of money like me within months and then having to find another insurance. Within a month of having the box fitted it was faulty and if your vehicle has not been driven for a while they send someone to check box saying its not working. The box is constantly giving false speeding accusations.Even for revving too high, you get minus score. They take your money and then give you warnings for offences with no means of appeal. They cancel the policy with no refund and you still have to pay cancellation fees. They are acting fraudently avoid at all costs.

it about time more than sort the black box getting bad name from customers now getting to which soon they are money making company and they also made so many mistakes thinking they made mistakes trading standards look in and investigate will be the best to sort out this company

Took a car insurance policy with them. After a week, needed to put private plate in car. Used their online service to notify them of the change. They then sent me an email telling me they didn’t recognise my original car no plate..... the one I’m insured with them using? Tried 4 times to call them, waiting on the phone for over an hour. Eventually got through the next day and cancelled the policy due to their appalling service. Now waiting for my £250 refund. It been 10 days. They are getting another week and one more phone call before I start small Claims court proceedings against them. Without a doubt, the worst car insurance company I have ever known in 30 years of driving.

Please do not use this insurance Company - More than!! they prey on young drivers who have just passed their test. I am so angry!! they take a deposit of £1000 then begin to send you warnings that your child is speeding or their driving is poor then an email saying they are cancelling your insurance!!! No real warning or oppotunitys to fix and on a number of drive my son never even went faster that 20 miles an hour when we were in the car and it gave him a - 10 on the APP!! Absolute rubbish!! Please do not use this insurance Company EVER

they charge per mile for your insurance and what seems like a good deal initially (£1400 a year) ended up costing £2600 for a years insurance based on 11000 miles. black box is very random and the customer service is unhelpful and rude. i feel that the whole smart wheels system has been set up to extort money from new drivers.

I have my house insurance with them. They, unsurprisingly, have been reminding me that they would give me a good car insurance deal. So, when it became due, I rang them, went through about half an hour's worth of information-giving and then their system refused me because I live in south-east London! That must be a million or two people who can't get insurance with More Than. What bunch of idiots came up with such a blanket ban with no recognition of the huge differences between areas? Why isn't the ban flagged up for their customer services staff so that customers don't have their time wasted? And, why, given my SE postcode, was I bombarded with sales material when it is impossible for me to get the insurance? It is easy to sum up this experience: corporate contempt for ordinary people.

Absolute joke Scores make no sense pot holes will cost you points they say no curfew but give you minus points for using at night ! you may get -8 points for usage but then 10mins later you manage to get +10 points usage Bizarre . They tell you you were speeding on a certain road that you've never actually been on! Dont bother try and phone them they never answer and also never had any replies to any emails either ... Got to be the worst Insurance company ever

Disgusting car insurance company. Took out car insurance with black box in July. I paid over £400 deposit. They cancelled it in October because apparently I had been speeding. They said they had sent me a warning about the speeding but I did not received an email. On the app where I checked my driving it was all good, no speeding or bad driving. Now I will not get back any of my deposit and I have to pay an extra £20 to settle the accounts. Please avoid at all costs. Really bad customer service.

I would give this a no star if i could. Company cancelled my policy without phoning, emailing or sending a letter. They were still taking the payments for the 2 months i was cancelled so as far as i was aware, i was still insured. They are the worst company on the planet. Totally ruined my first year driving. I called them y/day and they said it's not their job to tell me its cancelled and the reason was exceeding my milage which i should've been notified. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!! Could've lost my license.

Bought SMART WHEELS insurance for my daughter 6 months ago they are now claiming she has drove her 4000 mile and want £389.39 PER 1000 MILES .It's an absolute joke when other other companies charge £100 PER 1000 MILES (MY POLICY). I will be cancelling and starting all over with a proper insurer as these are a joke and should not be aloud to treat young 17 year old drivers like this. They also give her terrible scores when driving great and good scores when not. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID,and spread the word. Next stop SOCIAL MEDIA

I would like to warn people against using this company.I am a young driver and recently increased my mileage due to change in work commitments. I was forced to cancel my policy as the quote was through the ceiling. On cancelling this I received a letter requesting a huge amount to pay due to increased mileage I'd done.The period was just 4 weeks ! I was told I had to pay this money before the end of the month which is impossible.Other companies would agree an arrangement but not this company. My new insurance company ingenie are far more professional and the cost to insure my car is fantastic in comparison. My mum has just telephoned the company to try and resolve my situation and was met with a brick wall response. She has asked to escalate this to a higher level as conveniently no manager was available today! So I have to sit and worry and wait for up to 72 hours for the complaints dept to call back. So my warning is to any young drivers DO NOT go to this company. I will also report them to the ombudsman and await their response

Really is a dreadful money hungry insurance company. Regret insuring my car with them, had a blackbox fitted in my vehicle was the worst thing ever! They have constantly given me low driving scores so when I exceed my miles for the year they can charge me a substantial amount when I want to top up my miles. Never using this insurance company!!!

Had insurance taken out for my son paid £1800 in full got my confirmation email after 6 weeks son was pulled by the police for no insurance car was taken so called insurance company up they said sorry we forgot to tell you your not insured and will now be refunding payment after 6 weeks
