Indeed no technical support available.
Local numbers do no work anymore. Cost per mintute is higher using 1-800.
Do not buy from them!

No Tech Support. No Matter What Time You Call Them
NO Tech Support. No matter what time you call them you get a voice mail. NO ONE returns your calls. I stuck with them until I exhaust my money.
