Fear Of Fear, All Shook Up - 'fear Of Fear' Is A F

Fear Of Fear, All Shook Up - 'Fear Of Fear' is a female-fronted, high-energy, punk/metal, five-piece band which includes three members from the classic punk band 'Conflict'. The band's sound encompasses a wide range of influences contributing to their crossover sound, but they have still kept their roots in punk, so as not to alienate 'Conflict' fans.

To date the band have only released two CD's; the 1997, six-track, self-titled mini-album and the 1998 four-track E.P. 'All Shook Up'. The 'All Shook Up' E.P. was released on Fear Family Assassins Records.

The tracklisting is as follows:

1. All Shook Up

2. Safe

3. Faith In No Future

4. Son Of Seb

The title track is a cover of the 1957 Elvis Presley hit "All Shook Up" which was actually solely written by Otis Blackwell although Presley shared the songwriting credit.

The E.P. includes four fast and furious tracks with some nice little guitar parts and a whole host of intelligent and inspired changes within the track construction. The band have produced a finely crafted, proficient CD, delivering a reasonably well-produced punk/metal E.P.
