Nothing fantastic but a good relaxing week in the sun. Hotel was okay but because it was early in the season, not everything was open.

I booked a holiday with Mediatravel for 15th - 29th march 2012 to go to Lanzarote....I've never booked with them before so I was a little unsure as to what to expect....I have to say I did'nt have a problem....Having a disabled wife they went out of their way to be of assisstance....The prices quoted were the prices I paid and I even got a text from them on 28th march warning me there may be delays at Arricife airport due to a general strike in Spain....Fortunately there were no disruptions....So all I can say is that I would travel with Mediatravel again...I can't fault them.

We booked via Media Travel very last minute, and then forget to check reviews untill the day before. We were petrified when we saw how bad some peoples expereices were. So we were dubious as we got to the airport, but the transfers and flight were on time. Then in egypt again the transfers were perfectly on time and the hotel was fantastic. The only thing that wasnt good was the fact that we paid extra for uprgaded rooms when there was no difference between any of the rooms at the hotel. Customers services was poor there was no respone via email, however eveything else was as agreed, and the holiday was fantastic. Thank you to Jaden Rogers for all his help.

We booked a holidays with media travel through teletext.Everything went through fine until the charges started appearing for transfers and luggage, we paid them as we thought that was probably xpected, but after taking our credit card details, the operator said to ensure we got a good room we would have to pay an extra £100.I refused, and told him I had purchased the holiday which was advertised, and expected to get the rooms that were shown, he then cut it down to £50, then £20, and finally £10. By this point I told him to cancel the whole thing as I was not paying one more penny! and said I would report them to holiday watchdog, thats when he said he would give me the room that I had seen advertised.I was very upset when I came off the phone, and wondered if he had got someone really vulnerable, they would probably have paid this amount thinking they were going to get a rubbish room.It should not be allowed. As it turned out all went well.

Overall, a nice experience. Good and efficient customer service. Didn't have any issues with them.
