I am having an awful experience of customer support from Car Finance 247. Sales team were great when taking out finance with them but once I contacted them to say I wanted to return the car to the dealer due to numerous issues from day one of driving the car away there support was none existent. I have had to repeatedly call and email them. I returned the car to the dealer on 5th March. I received a phone call from Car Finance 247 3 days later to ask if I had returned the vehicle which I stated I had. I was told by the person who called me they would contact the dealer with regards to having the funds sent back to them to end the finance agreement. I have heard nothing more from them. I called Moneybarn today to ensure the finance agreement was closed to be told they have not received any funds from Car Finance 247. I called Car Finance 247 to be told the case handler has not invoiced the dealer and that someone will contact the dealer today. This should have been done weeks ago. I cancelled my Direct debit for Moneybarn expecting this to have been resolved by the time the first payment was due on 30th March. I am now concerned they will try and take a payment and this will affect my credit score. If you do decide to use this company hope and pray you have no problems with the vehicle and need to return it to the dealer as the aftercare from this company is awful.
