Im With Utility Warehouse And There Service Is Ter
Im with Utility warehouse and there service is terrible, its only good between 11:00 and 13:00,(about 3-6Mb/s) but after 14:00 until about 05:00 the speed is absolutly shocking, i usually get about 0.1 mbps between these times and just downloading simple things takes (10MB) 1/2 an hour. carnt w8 untill i switch to virgin media. but Utility warehouses's other services are good and good value for money and there customer service is not to shabby - you always get through to a uk call center.

Terrible slow speed, and they keep blaming it on exchange not being unbundled.
Aol said the same thing but speed were much higher. Terribly unsatisfied, tonight i had a 0.15mbps download and 0.26 upload speed. Cowboys this lot Cowboys. If i were to reccomend a Broadband it would be Pipex Business, 20:1 contention ratio, static ip adress, true unlimited download with no fair useage policy and very helpful. I hate the fact we are tied into utility warehouse for Broadcall. Shame as everything else utility warehouse offer is superb, just a terrible terrible internet service

I have been with Mistral for 5 years, and I find the internet service they offer to be exceptional.

Disappointing Service Since Mistral Have Taken Ove
disappointing service since Mistral have taken over Frontier. Email servers constantly going wrong, emails delayed. Technical support very friendly but not very technical - fudgy answers, waffle and don't call back when they say they will.
