From NCT5 I switched to F1 and this tyre rightly should be recalled. It's the most noisiest tyre that I have ever encountered. Tried all kind of air pressure, swapping and balancing, the noise just doesn't go and at 110KM you can't hear each others' coversation without raising your voice. No qualm in term of road handling.

No confidence from start, first fitted to rear and the rear end squirmed all over the road, swapped to front after 5000 miles and the front started to squirm. They appear to follow every rut in the road and the car feels like it's snaking under braking. I thought they would get better with more miles but they didn't. These are the worst tyres I have ever driven on. I replaced them with Goodyear NCT5's.

The Goodyear Eagle is a good tyre overall but when they say it is a summer tyre and for my opinion it is worst during the summer something is wrong.

The Goodyear Eagle F1's are certainly not up to all the hype they receive. Sold by some garages as an 'all weather' tyre! Pay the extra and go for Michelin or Continental.
