I have used this and yes i think it is quite good thanks. It is fun and easy to use and it is helping me get more fit which is nice as i dont want to have to pay through the nose to go to the gym!

The Instant Ads is a great piece of home gym equipment. Its great value for money for such a simple workout. Its so quick and easy to use. I have a regular workout but then I also pick it up as and when and have a quick go on it. I have been using the Instant Abs for a few months now and am really starting to see results, and I dont really have that long a workout with it either. Definitely recommended

I have used Instant Abs religiously every day for 36 minutes since the beginning of January. I have lost a stone in weight and my stomach is much flatter. My only concern is that I am now on my third machine because the other two fell apart. The supplier kindly replaced the last one free of charge. Also where you move on the seat from side to side, underneath the metal wears away. Other than that the Instant Abs is a great product.

I'm just wondering how you do the 36 mins because i do 5 mins of each of the 7 exercises on the video, and no results yet (not done it today, had a break from it yesterday, did it the 3 days before yesterday).

<br/>So I was wondering how do you distribute the 35/6 mins to the 7 exercises?
