Well done to DHL; ordered through IPostParcel on the 4th may. Picked up on the 5th & delivered on the 9th to Nigeria. No issues or long delays. Package intact & nothing missing

I used DHL Express mail service in Beirut,Lebanon for couple of times, Both am satisfied with.Customer service where so helpful in providing me with information i asked and they had great service. 1st Express mail reached its destination without any trouble after couple of days.The 2nd mail there was 4 days delay due to inability to contact with mail receiving side, but once they managed that, they picked the mail in the same day and processed it then it reached me after couple of days. My overall experience with DHL is that they have a very good service but at same time an expensive one. I paid for 0.05 grams documents mail 60$ each time i used DHL. Surely,It would costed me much less using regular mail but on expense of speed.

Had a few packages shipped from various cities in america to the u.k. All packages were tracked for the entire journey with prompt updates the only hitch was that they were shipped to the wrong warehouse in the u.k which was quickly resolved and items were delivered well within the stated time frame i was compleaty happy with the service

HI DHL ARE A GREAT COURIER TEAM I ENJOY USING THEM AND SERVICE IS GENERALLY RELIABLE THE ONLY SLIGHT FLAW IS COLLECTION AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME FROM 8.30AM TO 5.30PM SHOULD BE NARROWED DOWN TO A FEW HOURS A LEAST,AS SOMETIMES HAVE TO WAIT IN MOST OF THE DAY.CHEERS SHAUN.

Last Tuesday I shipped a parcel to the United States by DHL using their express service. Not expecting it to arrive before Christmas, after hearing the stories about the backlogs and delays, I was pretty surprised and impressed to see it getting delivered to the recipient on the Friday afternoon (this including the time it needed to go through customs clearing), so I would delfinitely use them again for USA deliveries.
Shame the same can't be said for Southern Ireland, who sat on the parcel for a good 10 days before I had to ring them and give them directions to the address using Google Maps!! Good job the recipient was so patient.

I have had good experiences with dhl...if you think dhl are bad they are wonderful compared to hdnl!!! DHL tracking numbers actually corrospond with your item and you can email them with day to re-deliver and instructions.
My Mango parcel from Spain came with good service

I find them quite helpful. If I'm out when they call, it's easy to go to the depot the following day and pick it up. They are also relatively easy to contact. Other companies it's impossible to find any information about local depots.

These guys aren't that bad, they were delayed on a delivery by one day when delivering my package, but we phoned the mobile number on the card (as no-one was in to collect the package), and the person who answered said he was still in his van delivering, but he said that when he was done the delivery he was on, he would come and deliver it again (bearing in mind this was in the same day). The person on the phone was really friendly and understanding. :D
Overall I am quite impressed and didn't really have any problems. :)

SUPRISED THEIR RATING IS SO LOW, ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS WITH THEM IN 2 YEARS.

Ordered a phone from Carphone Warehouse using DHL's next day delivery, i would describe the delivery service as slow but still arrived within the given time slot, i didn't like it that my item was out for delivery from 8:52am (depot is 5 min drive from my house) but didn't receive it until 6:20pm, although they did apologize for it being late, before my purchase i would like to know roughly when my item would be delivered so that i wouldn't have to wait in all day for it, the reason i give this review 4/5 stars was due to the item being delivered at 6:20pm
