Ovacik, Club Magico Bronzo

If you are on a budget this hotel is great, it's certainly not the Ritz but neither is it as bad as some of the reviews make out, yes there are a lot of cats about and they are allowed to wander all over the place including the restaurant. The rooms although a little run down are clean and tidy. The majority of the staff are friendly and helpful people. Club Magico Bronzo, Ovacik is a basic hotel and you only get basic, if you want luxury I suggest you book somewhere else. We took our two boys (12 & 13) here and they loved it, we were out all day sightseeing and when we got back to the hotel they had the pool and we relaxed by the bar.

Would I stay here again? YES

I think that was a lovely holiday, the slide the pool Billy's beach is wonderful. I just cant explain because I think you should go there and see with your own eye's because its WONDERFULL. There were kids fun time with Jon Jon Sebnem and this other boy. People say its just chip's but it's not there's plenty of food that you can choose.

I also feel sorry for the restaurant team because there's kid's who work at the age of 15 which I felt really sorry for them.

Friendly, helpful, brilliant staff at the Club Magico Bronzo, spotless rooms, amazing food, outstanding atmosphere going back next year!! Absolutely Amazing Place ! LOVE it! Booked all inclusive with Teletext and went on holiday in March 08. The resort, food and location all excellent.

This hotel is disgusting - do not choose the Magico Bronzo.

We had booked the hotel Tlos but we were switched to the Magico Bronzo by Goldtrail when we arrived in Turkey. The Goldtrail rep. told us this was an upgrade. If it was then the Tlos must be a cave. The Magico Bronzo is constantly dirty - the "chambermaids" do not clean the floors and do minimum cleaning in the bathroom. The rest of the hotel is run by young boys who never seem to wash or change their clothes. Everyone is looking for tips - even the guy who runs the over-priced shop in the hotel.

We were on an all inclusive holiday here, although Goldtrail do not tell you that it is "soft" all inclusive. This means that you still have to pay for things like ice creams and for drinks at the bar after 11 p.m. Interestingly, the price of drinks seems to increase more the later it gets.

Most of the sun beds by the pool are old and broken and need to be replaced. The Goldtrail rep. at this resort was worse than useless and even seemed unable (or unwilling) to provide people with complaint forms when requested. The only time anyone ever saw her was when she arrived to get her free meals at the hotel. The food was pretty good though, although the hot meals were usually cold by the time we got them. We noticed that the chicken cooked on a barbecue one day was under-cooked with blood still dripping when the meat was cut so we gave that a wide berth.

The best advice we can give is to definitely avoid this hotel and also do not book through Goldtrail. This company does not care once they have your money and the reps are useless!

Club Magico Bronzo is the worst hotel either of us have stayed in. The food on offer is appalling, especially since it's supposed to be all inclusive. But they expect you to pay for things and the drink on offer is just as bad. Do not expect to get the all inclusive that's highlighted in the brochure as you will not get this. Also the Goldtrail rep was very unhelpful and not good with complaint handling. If you get this hotel on a last minute deal for little money then it's great value for money, but we paid quite a bit for a week and it was not worth it. Ended up spending about another £200 so we could at least eat and drink decent stuff while we were there.

Overall, Yes I would go back to Club Magico Bronzo in Ovacik, mainly for its location, staff, cleanliness of rooms and a nice big pool. If you have any questions then please feel free to leave a comment, and I will give you my honest opinion.

1. Yakamoz

2. Salhan

3. Ucel

They're the top 3 in that I would recommend.

Just amazing... I have many memories of my stay that I hope will be relived again when we go back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the week, would go back or recommend others to stay at the Club Magico Bronzo.
