Ordered two front tyres for my car in the morning, Recieved a booking time in the afternoon, The service at the depot was excellent and the price of the tyres was very competitive, I will definetly be back and will reccomend to friends.

“Wasn't happy to find out after 15 minutes wait that...”

Wasn't happy to find out after 15 minutes wait that one of the tyres I had purchased online two weeks previously had been sold and didn't have any stock of the one I had ordered!!!! I was then informed by one of the engineers that I would have to come back on the afternoon or the next day! Thankfully the Manager saw sense and fitted tyres that were slightly more expensive, with no extra cost to me. Was there for a good 2 hours and unfortunately the coffee machine was broken! However.... staff were friendly, and I didn't feel uncomfortable waiting in their waiting room

“Light bulb”

Was down at my sisters for 2 days and noticed my side light was out so rang ATS at Bingham and received very good service, the man fitted me a new one in A flash and didn't even charge me.. Very good of him

“Tyre pressure ”

I have always taken my car to Ats and usually a very good service . The technician at Waterloo Rd Manchester branch ) was very helpful informative and sorted a simple tyre pressure problem out ! Thanks

I can understand it's so annoying. I just took my car to ATS for a squeal on my rear wheel they kept the car for 24 hours ably changed brake pads. When I drove car away still had same problem. They told me to bring car back in a few days. So I took it to a different garage who told me that the bearing is totally shot on it and couldn't understand how ats could possibly of missed it. So now I have had to book it into a different garage nxt week. So costing me allot more than it should have. Terrible garage ATS

As of the 3rd October still no response from ATS. Thank god I will never be dealing with this company ever again. Like I said they really cannot be bothered to up there game and are simply relying on the unwitting to walk through their doors.

“Tyres &Tracking”

Due to taking my camper to Norway for a holiday I had two Michelin tyres fitted in March to the front wheels and after the yearly MOT I had the wheels tracked in April one month later.(5000 miles later) after the holiday noticed that both tyres were heavily worn on the inside part of the wheel. After contacting the local branch they asked me to take the vehicle down so they could check the tyres, I was informed that after driving the vehicle into the workshop that the tracking was ok and that the camber of the wheels was the problem and they did not have the equipment to check this but to go another local company who could check and adjust the wheels. The other company informed me that the camber on a Fiat Ducato is not adjustable and that the tracking was very much out of line they reset it and gave me evidence showing how much it was out. After contacting ATS head office they listened to my complaint asked that I send the evidence to show how much the tracking was out and they would pass this on to the person responsible for my area. 10 DAYS LATER THEY TELEPHONED ASKING ME TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE LOCAL BRANCH AND THEY WOULD REPLACE THE TYRES WHICH THEY DID. THANK YOU

“ATS Brentwood”

Very helpful, courteous. Needed an exhaust for my Vectra, they patched it up until I could find time to have it fixed properly at no extra charge. Management was excellent.

“Tyres wrong size ordered”

I tried to use the Internet to order two front tyres but at the time the payment system was down so I used the number provided, it was answered within second by a very helpful guy who took my order and told me to pay after fitting, He rang the very next day to confirm that they were in, When I got there I had order the wrong size and it was an hour until closeing,they made a couple of calls and sent a guy to grantham to collect two new correct size tyres when he return they fitted them and charged me the Internet price even though they were a different size and brand, Total cost for two 255 / 35 / 18 fitted balanced with vales and disposal was less then £450 28th jan 2012 Best price on the web with great service

“I had an MOT, Service and 2 further appointments with...”

I had an MOT, Service and 2 further appointments with a local garage about an off juddering feeling when driving... they said they had checked the wheels balancing and tracking on the car and all were normal... I finally got very frustrated and took the car to my local ATS. they looked at the car within 5 minutes and instantly told me that I had a defective 'bulging' tyre (something the other garage should have spotted!!), replaced it from stock and at a reasonable price...Tip Top service!
