I ordered from Savastore a Philip's monitor 190B6CS. Initially, when I read the reviews I thought that I shouldn't order my monitor from there as I thought that I would never receive my order. However, the price was extremely low (£256 including delivery charges) compared to other online shops so I decided to take the risk.
I needed to place my order twice and this was because the first one was cancelled. I could see that by logging into my online account.
When I wanted to contact their customer services to ask about the reason it was cancelled, they were amazing. They answered my call immediately and they told me that I had entered a wrong email address (which was needed for the order confirmation) and I needed to place the order again.
So, that's what I did! I placed the order, and the monitor arrived at my house the day specified.
I would recommend Savastore to anyone. The prices are very low compared to others and at least in my case there was no problem at all.

The reason they answered your call immediately is because it is a premium rate phone line at £1.50 per minute. DOH!
