Pia Good Servics
I traveled on pia twice from manchester to islamabad returns, i find it very good and staff also friendly ,nice meals,once i traveld on saudi airline froM jeddah to islamabad flight was very poor ,i will recomend pia direct from man to islamabad ,i hope people understand and give respect to own Airline ,the problem with us pakistanies we go for cheaper tickets and espect high services, 30/10/2017

This Is The Worst Airline I Have Ever Flown With.
THis is the worst airline I have ever flown with. On the outward flight, the cabin lights didn't work so we spent the first 45 minutes in complete darkness. The entertainment system was not working, so there were no safety announcments. No pillows or blankets were provided. Our overhead lights didn't work. At least on the return flight there were lights, but still no in-flight entertainment. I would never use PIA again and would not advise anyone else to use it either because it isn't as if it is a cheap option.

the planes are extremely cramped and were not clean as there were crumbs on seats. it was like sitting in a bus from the 1960's.
There is no inflight entertainment, I assume for an airline to have this facility they have to subscribe to it and therefore pay, which this airline has no intention of doing. the cabin crew admitted to not having had this facility for several months.
an hour into the flight we were given an inedible meal This was then immediately cleared away and the lights were dimmed to encourage passengers to sleep - in other words don't bother the cabin crew. conveniently for them the crew assist lights were not working!
the crew were not seen for a few hours, passengers were having to go to the service areas to help themselves to drinking water, ensuring the isles were jam packed at all times.
breakfast was served around six in the morning - this consisted of 2 small croissants. when a passenger asked if this was all, a crew member replied "no the rest is coming later", then turned and laughed about it
looking on their web site I don't understand how they can still continue to falsely advertise entertainment and fictional menu. if you want comfort, service and entertainment whilst traveling avoid PIA
Pia Airline Is A Disgrace For Our Pakistani Community
first of all pia airline is a currupted airline high prices of tickets cant extend ticket your employee charge extra make money for themself food is terrible i know where it is coming from your sweet dish has cockroch in it serving it to younger kids entainment is horrible your screens are faulty your employees on plane are rude and disgusting planes are old more delaying on flights never on time go to airport either islamabad they say your ticket has been cancelled due to technical problems if you want your pia airline to be good then improve your services get rid of your old planes get rid of rude people who work for you and improve your food and dont delay your flights to let everyone know where your food is coming from they buy their foods of hotels wedding food that is left over reduced your ticket stop being greedy with the money you lot have otherwise your airline will be boycotted finish
Rubbish Airline
PIA flight was suppose to depart today at 8pm from Birmingham to Islamabad . Passengers boarded the plane 30mins beforehand . At 10pm the flight still hadn't taken off ( four passengers asked to be taken off the flight hence delays). My mother whose diabetic requested food but like other passengers was refused until the plane had taken off . One passenger even said they were feeling unwell and needed food , were still refused . they only provided drinks . I was so upset , I rang Pia head office and the member of staff who picked up the phone couldn't even understand why there was an issue in the airline staff not serving food . PIA do not understand they owe a duty of care to their customers , should be banned from the UK .
Worst Mistake
Flight was suppose to take off at 20.10 they delayed it by seven hours!!!by the time it was time to get into the plane kids were fed up n cold n sleepy they didnt know what to do.once we wrre in the plane they didnt have a good enough reason for being sooo late the staff wer like stuck up a$s holes.n when my little girl wanted to go bathroom I was so shocked to see the state of their toilets.who do we kid when we think we'll go 'direct' we myt aswell go indirectly we'll still get there before pia guys....never again
Pia Is Like A Donkey Truck
One time i went to this airline.The pillows had dirty stains on them and the staff didn't look after anyone,it was like i was going to die.The food was really bad it made me sick.i will never ever ever go to this airline ever again.Bye for ever donkey truck.PIA special offer donkey truck.Thank you and bye everyone and trust me never go on this flight unless you like dirty stuff.
Forget Pia... Use A Bus!
*6 hour delay from lahore to manchester 19/10/14.
*Food substandard - I'd rather eat my own shoe!
*Cleanliness and hygiene, non-existent.
*Cabin crew - just come for ride really, they have no appetite for customer care
*Inflight entertainment - broken
*The only plus side is, that it is a direct flight. (add the delays and Emirates, Etihad & even Qatar airline get you there quicker, with an excellent customer care, food that makes you want to have some more.
Not So Great!
Flying to Pakistan on PIA is like taking yourself to hell purposely!! Their prices are so high but their planes are pathetic, unclean, ripped seats, no air conditioning. No working TV so now they expect us to pay 800 pound only to sit on those uncomfortable, ripped cold sseatd for 8 hours and do what nothing!!
I wonder what they do with all the money we give them!
The staff are very rude and arrogant! They need more training!
I don't even want to talk about the toilets! If it weren't for a few helpful and nice passengers on board then my friend would have been locked I'm that toilet for the rest on the flight and the staff couldnt care less!
They need new planes and more staff training!
Poor Service From Pia Continues Into 2014
The "In flight Entertainment System" was not working for me and many others on the plane. I raised this with the staff who were far from happy to help and very rude.
Its the first time in many years that we have chosen to fly with PIA on the recommendation of our travel agent that the airline and service was much better now than in the past. From this experience we don't feel that PIA has moves forward but still in shadows of even the no frills airlines out there today. We feel that we have been let down by the airline and to travel 8 hours without any entertainment is totally unacceptable. Even more so when the staff did nothing to change to a seat that had a functional system.
