Found lovely pair of shoes here last Saturday. Softlites just excellent for my now rather awkward feet, painful because of bunions. Staff very helpful and friendly and not in the least condescending.

Products great, but wanted delivery to my work address which is not recognised on the post code finder and was unable to input manually. So have had to have delivered to home - everyone will be out, neighbours included so will have to collect parcel from sorting office another day.

I really like the boots I ordered on line and they are really good value. However, I placed 2 orders on-line and requested that they be delivered to my work address. Both orders were not delivered on time and I had to send an email to Shoezone to see what was happening. They said my order had been returned as the courier could not get access to deliver the parcel. This is not true as the courier they use delivers various other parcels (as the ladies in the mail room told me) to my work address. I emailed Shoezone and told them about this and they thanked me for the feedback. So, I had the order sent to my home address. The same thing happened with my second order. No delivery, I had to send an email, the boots had been returned due to not being able to access the delivery address. The products are good value from what I have purchased, but I think Shoezone and their courier need more communication especially about returns and feedback from their customers.

I did try to register my details with Shoe Zone but it would not accept any password that i tried... I did use more than 6 characters as requested and also tried letters and numbers but still had no success! Shoes/boots on here are very good prices though and it's great that you sell size 9's!

Had problems with placing my order online which is why only 3 star rating on this occasion. This is the first time this has happened but have now managed to place order after several attempts. Also unable to contact customer services to discuss problems both by email or telephone. When I rang line engaged. Not a very positive experience today. Hope delivery is not problematic! Finally would like to say usual customer service both in store and online is good. Also, Shoezone have a wide range of good products at reasonable prices.

Not particularly impressed with your returns/exchange service by post. I ordered the same pair of shoes and was sent the wrong size twice. I didn't really mind..but then seeing that I had to go to my local store to get them refunded/exchanged was very annoying! It's particularly difficult for me, as I have quite an unusual size and it's unlikely my local store will stock it there and then for exchange. Basically - make it easy to exchange via post - especially when it's Shoe Zone's mistake - right label but wrong shoe size. How can a size 9 look like a size 3?!

The Internet site was a bit confusing. I saw the shoes in store and cant believe the attention to detail in the shoes I want to purchase. Also the price is brilliant. The staff at the dewsbury store are excellent? Very friendly always willing to help. Thank you.

The site rejects good cards, so the only way in is by paypal, which is not available to every customer. This has happened to me twice, the company response was that the banking arm takes over for payment, so it's as if they are saying they are not responsible Get it sorted and you may sell more

Ordered a pair of boots from website for daughter since local shop did not have her size. Paid the £5 express delivery as she needed them for the weekend. They did arrive at the designated time but when opened the warehouse had delivered the wrong boots. I phoned the number on the back of the delivery slip to be told that all the operators were busy and to leave a name and number and someone would get back to me - well 4 days later and still waiting for a phone call. Took the boots back to the local store, which still did not have her required size. I was given a full refund for the cost of the boots but they were unable to refund me the express delivery cost - which I think was pretty poor since the delivery note stated that I had paid for the delivery cost. The staff were very helpful and nice and gave me the number of the head office which I have not yet had the chance to phone. Taken another chance and ordered the same boots online (minus express delivery). Here's hoping the correct boots are delivered this time.

the shoes need to be better quality as they do not last that long but the prices are good and i will continue to buy from shoe zone.

best customer service i have ever had what a frindly bunch of staff so happy and helpful if you want to be served quick but also be made to feel special this is the shop to go to a good selection staff were very knowledgable and helped to find me exactly what i wanted very polite and so bubbly i feel they are going to see alot more of me for future purchases

I found this review not helpful because...My daughter and fiance purchased me a lovely pair of boots for my 45th birthday and paid almost £30.00. I wore them only 1 time to a meeting at the nursery where I work as Depute Head in paisley, scotland, Their appears to be a fault near the buckle area and would roll over onto pavement when walking. I returned them to the store in paisley on 7th May, 2010 and advised to bring back to the Manager who was out at the time or on annual leave, I have just come out of hospital myself after a gyneo operation and managed to get to shoe zone and advised I should wait for the manager as she is only authorised to do exchanges/refunds. My boots are realy nice but after wearing them only 1 time I feel they should be longer than that purchased in April and worn once at a night out at work then took back and advised to return when manageress was available, took into hospital and when Ive gone back I found the manageress to be slightly polite non apologetic and said i should contact Shoe Zone Ltd, Humberstone Road, Leicester LE1 2LH, the store number is 1504. The product code for my boots are 18-214. They cost £29.99 and my daughter obviously discarded the receipt as I had them on at her engagement party in April. I would like your feedback on your policy as their were none in the actual shop near the till, stating any formal policy which i have seen in other shops where I shop and online, the manageress did not aologise on behalf of the company where i see that as a weakness in a training aspect, but she did emphasise that if i got a response by sendin you an email or letter then she would change them for me as I really like them and they are very comfortable. I look forward to hearing from you.
