We visited the Swindon branch of Schuh on 17th June 2020. This was just after the shops had re-opened during the Coronavirus crisis. We were cautious about our visit but, despite the Coronavirus restrictions and newly introduced social distancing rules had a really positive shopping experience. The staff were polite, pleasant, helpful and patient and all seemed to take the new distancing rules, which were followed scrupulously, in their stride. On the day we visited they did not have the size shoe required in stock, but it was ordered for us there and then and arrived the following morning. All round excellent service, even more considering the difficulties that social distancing rules present to the shop environment. We will visit and buy from schuss, Swindon, again and would like to say thank you to their very helpful staff.

I recently purchased a pair of cherry red 1460 shoes absolutely love them, the employees at shuh were very helpful in retrieving my size in them and good customer service at the till!

I recently bought a pair of adidas shoes from the store and I loved them! They fitted me great and they were the most comfortable shoes ever! I will always buy my shoes from Schuh now!

I was struggling to get hold of a size 11 in a particular Vans star wars era print - Literally everywhere I looked only had small sizes left! I asked one of the sales assistants in my local Schuh, who was extremely helpful and searched on their database to see if any of their UK stores had a size 11 in stock. They found ONE LAST PAIR in Sheffield, and after a quick phone call, told me that they'd been reserved and that I would get a follow-up call from the store to arrange payment & delivery. I received the call as promised the same day, and had them deliver to my local store (York). Very prompt, efficient and friendly throughout. They shoes are a much-wanted birthday present request, so a very happy recipient!

I got sum kickers and they were great lasted a long time

Today I went into schuh after making no purchases I any other shops, I had recently bought some new balance shoes (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMED) and they were the comfiest shoes ever and they were delivered within 3 days of making the purchase online. I didn't go into schuh expecting to buy anything today however I spotted a shelft of bags which is what my whole shopping trip was for but failed to buy any as they were all over priced. I took a liking to one bag in particular and asking if the man working behind the till could get it down for me to have a closer look. The man was extremely helpful and was very chatty and polite which made me feel comfortable not intimidated as I do in many other shops when asking for help. The bag was really nice and exactly what I was looking for, although I expected it to cost quite a lot. I WAS SO WRONG, it was only £20 which I was very happy about! The man put the shoes behind the till whilst I carried on browsing, I was looking at the new balance collection and another young man working in the shop told me about the free delivery and the service they give. He also told me a bit more about the new balance brand which was very helpful. I then told him how I would love another pair but at £60 I might have to wait till my next pay check he then asked what size shoe I was as my feet look very small I told him I was a size three and he informed me that they have size 3 in the kids section which are in fact only £30! I couldn't have been happier and ordered them i store to be delivered to my house. All in all, a good trip to schuh!

I already wrote a review but think it got lost somewhere. just wanted to say that I'm really impressed with Schuh. I bought some boots about 3 weeks ago and the staff at Schuh (Metro Centre) were lovely. Really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my boots or rather right boot turned out to be faulty, so I returned to Schuh and tried to get a replacement pair which I was unable to do as they had sold out in my size. One of the assistants looked up shops that had the boots I wanted, gave me a number to ring, advice, and a full refund. I looked online and found my size sold out there too. I found a Schuh in Norwich that had them, rang and talked to a lovely assistant who gave me Schuh's customer service number. Long story short. The lady at customer service went out of her way to find me a pair of the boots I wanted. Rang me back in the evening and I am now awaiting a pair of boots to be delivered. Result!!! Just want to say that nothing seems too much trouble for the staff at Schuh. They are really lovely and helpful and I can definitely recommend shopping at Schuh. You leave with some great footwear and a smile on your face

Went in to store to look for some size 12 or 13 mens Timberland boots, had the correct size in but the incorrect colour, The very helpful guy in the store ran a report as to if they had the correct ones in at another store! they had so they said they would be deliverd foc to our address in 2 working days! This was at 16.45 on saturday evening! The boot were delivered at midday on the monday!! Totally fab service!

I thought the service was really good. the price was a little expensive, but only a little. but i think the product is really good. i liked the help the staff gave but the queue was a bit long because there was only 2 people on the till but they said 'sorry for the wait' thats thats all good. :) overall enjoying my shoes :):):)

I think it is a good shop to buy your shoes from and the a helper comes quickly to help and it is quick service.

I order a pair of shoe from schuh, the proper price was £40 but as it was christmas, I got it for £20 which it was very good! I ordered it 2 days before christmas and got it deliver to me the day before christmas!! I was so happy about the servise (and the delivery fee was free)But i never got a mail sent to me about the tracking code so i counld'nt track my delivery so i sent a mail to them asking my tracking code the very good bit was when they reply to my mail straight away! Thumbs up for schuh
