I wrote the 'jd/Hermes' post below. But since then, JD have been in touch with an apology and took full responsibilty rather than putting the blame on Hermes. They have also offered me the damaged trainers for free as a gesture of good will. Top marks for excellent customer service

I ordered two separate orders last week and they was the right size, good quality and came within the waiting time!! The things are great reasonable prices and i would defiantly order online again, it was also hassle free!:) Love JD.

I recently visited my local JD Sports Shop and was amazed at how cheap the top branded products are. The shop was also Clean and Tidy, with very very helpful staff. I purchased two T-Shirts, namely a Sergio Taccini T Shirt, that was on a special offer of 2 for £20. The same Tshirt online was £25 each, so you can imagine how impressed I was at this bargain, not only that the staff made me feel as ease and also told me that if the item doesnt fit, I can return for a larger or smaller size. Generally I find that Internet Shops are cheaper than high street shops, however with JD Sports, this is not the case, I saved £30 with the T Shirts and noticed that the trainers and track suits were also a lot cheaper than some of the online stores I normally purchase from. Not forgetting that I would also have had to pay postage if I purchased online, this would have made the items even dearer. Well done JD Sports, you clearly do offer Great Customer Service and Outstanding Value for money.

Amazing, very comfy feel better than expected when in game, very good value

After reading some of the other reviews from this site, I almost expected my shoes to either never show up or to receive an entirely different pair. However, this was definitely not the case. Overall these shoes feel solid, are quite comfortable, and are worth their price. As they were shipping to the U.S., their arrival time was also spot on as they arrived in 5 days (their projected international delivery window is 4-10 days). I had shot them an email inquiring on the projected arrival time, but received no response as of yet (their wait period is 1-7 days for emails). Regardless, I procured them nonetheless. Their customer service may be lacking, but their product certainly is not!

I recently bought a nike man bag from JD Sports. The ordering process was quick and easy and i have had no problems with the product. as this was not over 70 pounds it was not free delivery but it only took a week to come and i will definately be using this site again.

JD Sports is a great Sports shop. I think its the best one yet, value for money, great staff really nice and friendly. The layout of the shop is one of the best lay outs yet I have see in a Sports shop. I would reccomend everyone to go to this Sports Shop - it's the best yet!
