Samsung SyncMaster 750s

I bought this monitor as I had heard and read

some decent reviews regarding the 750s. I'll just

say I won't buy another one. Oh, by the way, this

is the second one. The first developed burn-in

and was very annoying. I'll also say, save for

these small but important defects, the picture

is clear as a bell, and is very easy to view.

ACTUALLY THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST MONITOR I BOUGHT INITIALLY I PURCHASED LG 563N BUT THE PROBLEM WAS AFTER 1 YEAR OF USE THE SCREEN STARTED SNAPPING AS IF IT WAS BEING AUTOMATICALLY DEGAUSSED AND THE LG SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE HORRIBLE TECHNICALLY

THEN I CAME ACCROSS SAMSUNG 753s A GOOD PC MONITOR IF U R GOING FOR NON FLAT ONES.

THE AESTHETICS IS GOOD SPECIALLY THE BLACK MODEL LOOKS TERRIFIC

DESPITE OF BEING 17" IT WAS LIGHTER THAN LG 15"

THE PICTURE DETAILS AND CLARITY ARE ABOVE SATISFACTORY AND THE MONITOR HOLDS THE BLACK AT BLACK.

SWITCHING BETWEEN DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES IS FAST.

VER VERY LOW HEAT DISSIPATION.

GOOD BUILD QUALITY.

BUT THE ON/OFF SWITCH IS SPRING TYPE AND HENCE PRONE TO DAMAGE

THE PICTURE GEOMETRYIS NOT ALL THAT PERFECT AS THE TWO BOTTOM CORNERS NEVER ACTUALLY TOUCH THE CORNERS THEY ARE ALWAYS SLIGHTLY LIFTED.

TWEAKING WITH THE MENU WAS A BIT DIFFICULT BUT ONE WILL GET USED TO IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

THE MONITOR HAS A PINKISH TINGE BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY FLICKER FREE (AT 85Hz)

The menu options on the Samsung SyncMaster 750s 17" monitor are great-they give you great control over how you want it to look.

Also the software that helps you to config it was very easy to use and fast to use. The picture is very clear and doesn't cause any problems with high graphic games or movies. Works great and is a good buy.

V-moire & H-moire (wavy lines like a contour map)adjustments are critical and you have to re-adjust it everytime you boot-up your PC.
