This used to be a convenient service very close to terminal 2 but we were very disappointed to discover this time that it has been moved much further away from the terminal. We have always told people to use this service but will not any longer and we will consider the alternatives

The drop-off is a fairly simple exercise. Follow the instructions given at time of booking and all goes well. On return late that Monday evening, the weather was extremely cold and my car was parked in their Zone 5 (farthest away from the portacabin they use as office). Windscreen was thick with ice, making me think that car had a) either spent the whole weekend there or b) been returned to that spot very early that day (odometer showing 1.5 miles would tend to confirm b)). It took me 20mn to get the car ready to go without much help from office attendant ....he gave me some water from office drink dispenser. This is not what I call a good "greet". As the Company knew my time of return, and looking at the weather conditions, I would have been extremely satisfied had my windscreen been cleared ahead of my arrival. That is what I would have called "spot-on" service.

On returning from Holiday at 01.30 in the morning with my two young children staff took 25 minutes to return car and were very "put out" at me arriving slightly early and made me feel very uneasy and when it arrived the wing mirror was missing. As i approached staff they were very unhelpful and offered me no assistance at all as i had stated it was unsafe to drive back home to Stoke-on-Trent on the M6. Just basically told me to go on my way with no explanation or appology. On speaking to other customers of the meet and greet service they also confirmed they have experienced some kind of damage to their vehicle. Anyway after filling an accident form in and telling me they would contact me within 7 days guess what no contact made. Avoid

The airport advertising and name "Meet and Greet" suggests that the car will be parked for you and will be driven back to reception area ready to be driven off, not the case, on returning we were given directions to a more remote carpark, finding it after searching for 10 minutes. This service should be advertised more honestly.
