Really excited to go paid nearly £100 for cut and treatment but place was really tired all the pictures were wonky paint chipped really shabby for top end. Shampoo was not good in fact worst I have had and girl who cut my hair keeped asking the same thing because she was really not bothered to listen or get to know what I wanted and cut it to short. Sorry Sassoons but really dissatisfied today .The desk they were really nice but no not going again.

I moved to sassoon liverpool for a treat and expectations of quality prescision cutting for short hair. I can't say I was disappointed with the cut but on 5 occasions I had appointments booked took time off work and they cancelled or phoned to delay the appointment by a few hours because other clients had arrived late!! On one occasion I had just parked in Liverpool costing a fortune when they called to push the appointment back in favour of another client who was an hour late....clearly no consideration for their other clients. Not that hood that you should put up with shocking service.

I went yesterday to the salon on Southern Molton Street ( Mayfair) and asked for a senior hairdresser. The chair they offered me was surrounded by hair from former customers. Although three different girls asked me, if I want something to drink, nothing was actually offered to me. I paid 91 pounds for 40 minutes service. The blow-dry was not worst one pound. I looked better when I entered the salon than when I left. So I rushed home really disappointed.

I've dyed my own hair for years. I tried VS last night and it dried out my hair more then any other dye. I usually find my hair softer after dying. I used the BLACK colour which isn't black its more of a natural black or dark dark brown which is what I wanted. It turned out the same color the box showed but I'll never use it again because it's sooo dry.

Very disappointed. I had been ther a few times over the years and was always satisfied. Unfortunately my last visit left me feeling completely ripped off. The colour was only a semi-permenant in my natural colour but must have cost about £70 and the style was shocking - long bits hanging down at the front which did absolutly nothing for my face. It was so yuk I tied it back asap. In total I paid £130 for something I could have created myself using a home dye and a pair of scissors - NEVER AGAIN.
