I've been a Damart customer for 9 years, but have finally decided to close my account with them. Their method is to flood their customers with what I consider is 'high pressure selling' by offering free gifts and entrance into their prize draws every few weeks. I've lost count of the amount of times that I've received letters from them saying that I am a 'potential winner' of one of their prize draws, but have actually never won as much as a penny! I've previously tried to point out to them that because their clothing is usually of a good quality, it should sell itself, without the need to pressure their customers into making purchases, with offers of free gifts etc, but they obviously haven't taken the hint. I've found that delivery times have got better lately - around 2 weeks instead of 4, but is still not that good.
