Beautiful Views And Great Staff
We loved the hotel. It was unusual (because it's built into a mountain) but very picturesque. The food and staff were lovely. The waiters in the bars were incredibly hard working and friendly. The pool is fantastic and the entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. A couple of small gripes though......the restaurant managers loudly told staff off on a couple of occasions (in front of everyone), the minibuses were quite hard to get in and out of and the air conditioning in our room wasn't particularly good. That said, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend.

Great Hotel But
A lovely hotel, well designed and well furnished. The food is good, the rooms are lovely, and the views amazing. The reception staff were helpful, the restaurant manager was great and kept a table for me and my sister next to the buffet because of our mobility problems. The waiters were cheerful and really work hard. The cleaners clean the rooms every day and work their socks off, but always with a smile. Unfortunately on the night of our arrival as I was trying to get off the mini bus the steps didn't go low enough and the driver made no attempt to help me,my leg buckled and cracked,I thought it had broken, but other passengers rushed to help me.I then had to go down 3 flights of steps the middle one had no hand rail and the steps are steep, both my sister and I both have arthritis and this caused us real pain . The provision of mini buses is excellent but because the steps aren't low enough this causes pain for anyone who has mobility problems, I saw one lady hurt herself 3 times. After the first night all the drivers put dowm a small plastic portable step and helped me down all with a smile. On the day we were leaving I asked reception twice would the driver come and get our cases as we would never be able to get them up the steps and were assured he would. Unfortunately despite us dragging our cases about 50 metres to the bottom of the steps, the driver never got out the bus and drove off, if it hadn't been for two guests passing by who took our cases up the steps and our hand luggage and me because my knees had worsened all week because of the incident on the first night, I don t know what we would have done. There are lots of steep steps leading up to the rooms many have no handrails. It is a shame that these things which would make life easier for the disabled or those with mobility problems spoiled what would have been a memorable holiday.
