I went in castlegate shopping centre branch in stockton on Tees. Tegan was working and she was very helpful and polite. She went out of her way to help me and show me how to use there machine. I think she as a excellent customer service experience. She is very welcome in to the shop

My husband had me made 2 photo cushions for my birthday on Sunday, of my 2 beautiful dogs who sadly are no longer with us , I wanted a memorable gift and recently hinted what I wanted , Sunday came and I unwrapped my gifts I couldn't believe the beautiful finish of my 18" crushed velvet cushions of my darling dogs sam & meg , 1 each cushion to sit together , life like sat on the sofa , There stunning , quality of picture is undescribable , looking from kitchen its like there actually sat there them self's. Thank you for your excellent service and keeping my memory's alive , I love them.

We visited the store at Birchwood shopping centre in Warrington today. The puropse of the visit was for a family photo to be taken as a requested christmas present from a family member. None of us were looking forward to it to be honest; especially our teenage daughter who was mortified at the thought of bumping into anyone who she knew ha. Anyway, a lovely lady took our photos and made us feel at ease. The photos are great and were done in a few minutes. The price was fab too, especially with 20% off all package deals at the moment. Would definately recommend.

I took an old video to transfer to DVD it took 3 weeks but was worth the wait great quality my best memories on a DVD people not here now have took 2 more in to do I trusted spielmann with my treasured video and am not disappointed thankyou so much

I visited Spielman at the weekend and I found your sales lady very helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. she explained everything to me and I'm astonished of the quality.

Staff were phenomenal. I headed into the store with a vague idea of what I needed (something for Father's Day) and left with a photo shoot of my daughter, a mug, and some great quality prints. The manager is brilliant - not only did he take the said pictures, but offered me value for money ideas on my chosen photo package. He also had the patience of a Saint... The whole experience was fun!

Despite a technical problem with their main printer in the shop, they still managed to print over 500 photos earlier than the expected time. The staff are very friendly and would bend over backwards to assist your needs for collection. Phone service manner was equally friendly and polite.

I have used the branch at Chesterfield Tesco many times and have found the staff courteous, extremely helpful and even when I don't understand clear instructions they always seem happy to be hands on with help. I would certainly recommend this branch and have done many times to friends.

I ordered a last minute 60 x 40 inch canvas from my local Max spielman store in Liverpool at an amazingly low price of £50.00 but I was worried that it takes longer than the small ones they make in the shop as it has to be sent away to their factory and it was 4 days to Christmas. The lady in the shop spoke to the factory who agreed to rush it and 2 days later it was there and is amazing, its going to make a wonderful present so thank you Max

Had two almost 40 year old cine films transferred to DVD and am absolutely delighted with the result. Took just over 3 weeks for the DVD to be returned to the Kidderminster shop. To see the film from our 1976 wedding and to be able to share the memories with our children has been wonderful. The cost was £20 , which I was quite happy to pay. Very pleased with the service and will certainly use this company again.

My wife and I wanted to get some photos of our daughter on her 2nd birthday to give as gifts to our family. We had some initial issues with the shop, but after a quick email, we recieved an apology and a new appointment where we were given a great photoshoot for our daughter, with a very competent and professional photographer. The photos were all very high quality and the photographer did an excellent job interacting with our daughter and we could not have asked for a better outcome. On top of this she gave us some free bonus prints! Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I went to the maxspielman in wakefield with my daughter and my grandchildren on sunday 13th july for a photo shoot for the children with beccy,just have to say what a star beccy is, as the youngest is a toddler and it is not easy to do,her patience and skills paid off,the photos were absolutley perfect,i have now collected my canvas and i am delighted with it,i chose four of the photos for the canvas which beccy set out for me,she has done a great job, beccy is so helpful and went the extra mile to get it how we wanted.Its always pleasant in this branch, i have been helped many times by james too,he is always happy to help and contributes to a great atmosphere in the branch.I am pleased with the price compared to others its fantastic value for money.

I went into the four seasons shopping center store for passport pictures of my 2 babies the staff was really busy with a photo shoot so we waited which gave us time to sort out my little boy who was a little upset the ladies were lovely with him and we managed to get a picture of him well done ladies
