Do not use See Tickets especially in this unstable time with so many events getting cancelled or postponed. When See Tickets eventually refunded me it was only the face value of the ticket. I am now out pocket £20 which is extremely unfair and greedy. I know that Ticketmaster and other online services offer full refunds so book through them and not See Tickets. Have been using them for years but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!… Read Full Review

“Will be taking them to court”

Michael Kiwanuka concert was cancelled as Kiwanuka was diagnosed with acute viral Laryngitis (not COVID!). 11 days after the concert date, see tickets informed that the event was moved to 5th sept. On 9th July I wrote to see tickets informing that regardless if the event was postponed they are in breach of contract and their terms and conditions are unfair and UNDER A COMMON LAW WE ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND. Guess what. When a popular band releases tickets it gets quite busy. Who knew...certainly not useless half wits See tickets. A shambles. Can't get hold of anyone on the phone. No replies to ANY emails and no confirmation sent when I finally managed to change to a Thursday night arrival. (did speak to a really nice woman about this who assured me the booking had been altered but never received email confirmation. Impossible to do live chat even though it says you can. “Exorbitant booking fee”

Delivery and Comms fine but shame SEE TICKETS added a near whopping 25% to each ticket ontop of the venue handling fee. A week before the show, I hadn't received the tickets, so I chased them up. You can't phone up and speak to someone, you have to do it online. My order page said tickets not in stock, but immediately after my enquiry it changed to tickets in stock and awaiting dispatch. “Unjustified fees - Tickets not delivered ”

They charged me booking and admin fees for tickets that were never delivered but were simply made available for me at the venue. I could have gone to the venue in the first instance and saved the fees. They effectively did nothing for me and ignored my subsequent emails when I asked for fees back. Second time concert tickets havnt turned up, first time Blink 182 now Queen & Adam Lambert, both at Newcastle, if you find yourself in this position inform your bank & they will refund you & take Ticket Selection to court. Also they will take the monies out of your account in Euros under a different company name, they are based in Italy. “Avoid this company”

This company sells tickets and then refuses to help you if you find you cannot attend, even if you buy the virtually worthless refund protection policy. Booked tickets for a concert online - this was the only agent dealing. Still waiting for the tickets and when I try to call customer services all I get is pre-recorded generic messages. Bought tickets for the Pixies in July. Emailed at the time to confirm availability and was told there were definitely ticket. Nothing until 4 days before concert - phone line not working and one of email addresses bouncing back.
