Apart From The Bad Points Above Everything Else In
Apart from the bad points above everything else in Pefkohori, Halkidiki was great. The pool at the Pella Studios was small but adequate and there was a good atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for getting to know one another. The BBQ was a great bonding experience and some of the locals were fantastic, leading the Greek dancing with Zorba's Theme and encouraging everyone to get up and boogie, Greek-style, with plate-smashing and a fire ring. The karaoke night was particularly enjoyable with some cringe worthy contributions, such as "Let's get physical" but made it all the funnier. There was a poignant moment when we all spontaneously joined in with "Penny Lane", and when we sang "Thank you for the Music", it was so moving that I almost cried. We all looked out for one-anothers' children and the kids looked out for one another. The people and age mix was ideal and the actual number of guests made it easy to mix without feeling left out. Being self catering was good for having a lie-in then eating breakfast on our balconies. All in all these combinations made for a cracking good holiday!

Fabulous Could Not Have Wished For Better, They We
Fabulous could not have wished for better, they were very welcoming and entertaining. We want to go back ,but can't get a holiday for the dates we want. We went 'blind' as it were, and it more than lived up to our expectations.
How did you book your holiday? Me and my partner went last July and it was an amazing holiday. We have searched all tour operators and no-one seems to be doing the Pella this year. Don't worry about the children there is plenty for them to do as you have the beach a 2 min walk from the accommodation and the owner is very reasonable with the children. If you could get back to me asap please on how you booked your holiday I would be very grateful. Many thanks
I have already booked my holiday for July 2008 in pella, did you also find that between 2 and 5.30 that you had to be quiet because its a residential area - I'm a bit worried about this because I have children - also was it extremely hot meaning unbearable - any other tips for my holiday here would be very much appreciated. Thank you
The e-mail address is [email protected]
Do you have Pella's e-mail address? I've searched, but I couldn't find their contact information at all.

I Went With My Fiance And My 2 Year Old Daughter A
I went with my fiance and my 2 year old daughter and we fell in love with Pella Studios as soon as we arrived. We loved everything so much that we returned the following year with the whole family, even my 65 year old grandma who is terrified of flying. I'm so glad we discovered this beautiful place and I'm looking forward to returning this August with my new one year old daughter, who I hope will love Pella as much as I do.

The Family Run Apartments Are Great, The Family Ma
The family run apartments are great, the family make you feel so welcome. They put on a BBQ and everyone has a good time. The bar and accommodation has improved over the years and they continue to improve the facilities.
If you want a no frills self catering holiday, in good surroundings and a family run atmosphere, I dare you to find better!

Pefkohori Is The Greeks Equivilant Of Our Skegness
Pefkohori is the Greeks equivilant of our Skegness or Scarborough, therefore a lot visit here in the school holidays. The beaches were fairly full in the morning and again in the early evening. We found the beach to the south of the resort a little quieter. The resturants are OK but we never found one that was outstanding. The bars were empty until after midnight when the Greeks go out. The drinks were expensive too ranging from 5 Euros to 7 Euros for a cocktail and 6 Euros for a long drink.I would not recommend this if you are looking for a lively holiday with plenty of nightlife, more suitable for families and people who want a quiet holiday.

The Owners Were Fantastic, Catered To Our Every Ne
The owners were fantastic, catered to our every need, friendly and caring. Pella Studios was great, the resort was also great, I cant think of a single bad point about this holiday!
Pefkohori is a friendly little village, lots of locals live here too. There are plenty of tavernas and lovely restaraunts, I would particularly recommend the Captains Table on the main street. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from Pella Studios, and there are miles and miles of it. Beach is very clean and the sea is lovely, so clean that you can see the fish at the bottom. There are plenty of gift shops and supermarkets, chemists and a medical centre in Pefkohori. Hannioti, the next village up from Pefkohori is only a 30 minute walk away, and a very plesant walk at that. The promenade is beautiful, especially at night. The Kosmar reps were also fantastic. We went on a boat bbq organised by Kosmar while we were there, that was also great. Also, it is so cheap to live out there, value for money is great!
I will definitely go back!

A Lovely Family Run Studio Complex Based Around A
A lovely family run studio complex based around a pool and bar. It is equidistant to the beach and main high street, nestled down a quiet lane. Pefkohori itself is a bustling resort town, visited mainly by Greeks. Other main cultures visiting the area are the Brits and Germans.
If you want a relaxing holiday that is not dominated by hoards of British holidaymakers, then Pefkohori in Halkidiki is a good choice. Pella Studios is a real gem; and for self catering studios, I doubt you could find better.
The beachfront is lively at all hours of the day and night, and the sea is the nicest I have been in the Mediterranean.
