Well on arrival we where greated by the rooms not being cleaned, condoms all over the room, vodka bottels, disgusting floors, broken beds and the balcony doors wide open, all they offered where if they changed the sheets could we wait until morning for the room to be cleaned. Also if you are not a fan of shared balconies then do not come here, this was another shock! You have to provide your own toilet roll, i dont know what you actually pay for when you go there, and when you get thrown out of your room, which was at 12 and you have a night flight like us, there is no toilet roll in the communal toilets either. There is no holder for your shower so you will find the bathroom covered in water when you have had a shower. I am 21 and felt like i was old as the hotel seemed to accomadate young groups. There was only 2 of us that went. The walk to the main strip is 1k long, we got told it was 200m away, and everyone calls this walk the muggers mile, did not feel safe at all, this is the same distance if you would like to go to the beach as well. Would never go back there again.

i stayed at yannis manos for two weeks in july just gone. was the best holiday ever, the staff at the hotel at so friendly and make your stay so enjoyable. theres music playing by the pools everyday from 12 onwards, there is always quizes, volleyball, games, films going on always something to do. drinking games in the evening. the security are a bit tight but is good if you want an early night as no one else in the rooms are on the balcony are making noise, but they lovely all the same and make you feel safe. the maids clean the rooms everyday, although they come quite early which is bit annoying after a night out of drinking. i have already booked my holiday back to yannis manos next year.

Possibly the best holiday i've had.Yannis Manos Apartments Hotel is spotless and staff are really friendly. You're made to feel at home as soon as you arrive.
About 20 minute walk to main strip but taxis are readily available. Hotel not far from beach so you have a choice of where to relax.
Would definetly go again and this could well be next year!!!

Yannis Manos Apartments are probably the nicest apartments in Malia. Very friendly staff, nice pools, you ve got to try the sword fish in the bar. The only thing that lets it down is the location, it is about a 20 min walk into Malia town, so if you ve got yr sights set on going out every night you better take yr walking boots, theres no entertainment on site so you have to go into the town to find some, theres a local supermarket nearby but be prepared to pay extorsionate prices, overall nice clean apartments but wrong location, i wouldnt go again.
