I ordered 2 shirts from them. 1 of them was two sizes short and they tell me I have to pay return shipping and reorder. That way they get you for double shipping since you have to pay shipping again, which they jack up to make more profit.

“DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Trust me ”

DO NOT ORDER FROM rockabilia these people do not know what customer service is. Here's a $60 shirt I ordered that came with half the buttons ripped off. The girl I spoke to even checked inventory and the same thing happened. They would not refund my expedited shipping back or help in any way. They offered me a 30% discount. What a joke. I'm sure @ironmaiden would want to know how bad the service is of the distributor of their merch.

“Don't Buy from Rockabilia”

Really bad customer service. I ordered a couple shirts from them. One was about two sizes too small. Customer Service was extremely rude when I tried explaining the shirt was unwearable. The other shirt has been on back order for the past five months. That should not be acceptable for any reputable business.

“Rip off site that sells items they don't stock”

I made the mistake of not checking Rockabilia's reviews before making a purchase. I but thousands of dollars of items of the internet regularly. I found a Pink Floyd baseball cap on Rockabilia.com and ordered it. Generally website will tell me prior to the purchase if the item is on "back-order" but not this outfit. Not only did they take my money for the purchase and then send me an email saying they wouldn't charge me until the item shipped they lied. I got the credit card statement and they charged me the same day of the order. They also said they would send me a tracking number once the item has shipped. Well that was 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing more from these rip-offs but I have heard from my charge card company. I think this is there general practice. They buy items from other sites once they have a customer for the itme, mark it up, charge way too much for shipping, and hopefully someday you may get the product. My plan is to contact the BBB and every site on the web I can. DO NOT BUY FROM ROCKABILIA.COM is my best advice.

Not only is that true but when you go to the website they give you to go to for more info you get a blank age and when you call the tell you backorders may take 8 weeks. Take thousands of dollars from people collect the interest and use the money for positive cash flow and then two months later send an overpriced and unathentic product, Dont deal with Rockabilia.

“Cheap junk”

"I bought a Mastodon T-shirt from this lousy company about a week ago. I paid $6 for shipping on my $22 shirt and it still took 6 days to get to my house. After receiving the item, I tried it on ( a slim fit Large) and it fit perfect, a tad on the loose side even, but I knew it would shrink a touch in the wash. When I took it from the dryer, on medium heat, I knew right away I had a problem. This shirt had shrunk from an adult large to what looks like a child medium. I put the shirt on, in hopes that my eyes were deceiving me. I look down and see my belly sticking out just below my navel! WHAT!? This is ridiculous! I think to myself. What a cheap junky t-shirt. I've gotten higher quality shirts for $10 in a back alley behind concert venues. So, I decide to call them and tell them of my situation. They told me they can't take back worn or washed items. I told them that I understand, but this is a case of a defective item in my opinion. All clothes shrink in the wash a bit, but this is absurd. I told the lady that I wanted to speak to a manager, to which she smuggly replied, "I am the manager". I reiterated my dissatisfaction to this woman, and told her that I believe that they have sold me a cheap shirt and that I am not happy with the price I paid for such a low quality item. She told me that she could send me a replacement for half price. I said, "well, what if that is junk too?" She replied, "maybe then we might see an issue and take it from there". That statement didn't sit well with me, I'm certainly not going to take the risk of losing even more money. So I asked one more time if they could take back the shirt and at least refund me less the shipping charge, she told me flat out, no. So, I have chalked it up as a loss and a lesson learned. Don't buy any of this overpriced JUNK from this shady company, that doesn't care about it's customers or quality of products."

“customer service is horrible! ”

don't waste your money. My fiancee paid 6.99 for a Halloween mask...we got it and it was made out of paper. We get told if we return it we must pay shipping and a restock fee of $5.00....... so after the shipping and the restock fee we would basically be paying you to take it back... Not happy at all. I have purchased a lot of band shirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs from your website. Never again.

Well, bought 2 t-shirts a couple of months ago. Backordered. No problem. One month passed...shirts are still backordered. Another month passed...shirts are still backordered. NO customer service, NO "look there's no way you'll get your stuff" e-mail...just the automated "backordered" e-mail. Well, in no way I can recommend this "company" to a friend. Not even to my worst enemy, to be honest. Plain and simple: they suck!!!

“Unreliable”

I ordered an item on backorder and was told it would take up to 8 weeks to ship. I waited THREE MONTHS. I sent multiple emails inquiring as to why they couldn't order my item from wherever they get it and what was taking so long, and my question was never answered. They kept telling me I could cancel my order or they'd ship as soon as it came in. Then they stopped responding completely. Don't order anything you need by a certain time here.

“Sizes are NOT true to description”

order a pair of sweatpants for my son for Christmas - size medium - they were SO SMALL they fit like a pair of tights. Contacted site (thru amazon) and was told I had to pay to return them, pay a restock fee and/or pay to have a larger size shipped. I used THEIR size chart to determine the size I ordered!!! Not to mention they asked that the money be either cash, check or money order - WHO DOES THAT???? And they want it shipped back to a P.O. Box. Contacted Amazon regarding this issue - will see what they say. Also found the same sweatpants for 1/2 the price at another site.

“Do Not Order From This Company - undependable”

Ordered a t-shirt from them for Christmas for a grandchild and the order never came - called the week before Christmas again and they gave us the run-around. Called again a week later and now they tell us the order was never placed - BUT THEY SURE TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF THE BANK FAST ENOUGH. They cannot be depended upon to get you your order - from all the reviews I see, I wish we had looked at the reviews before placing our order - bad ratings.

“Still nothing”

I ordered some shot glasses, as a gift about a week ago. I need them before I leave town in 3 days. I haven't received one email, (yes I checked my spam/trash)saying it shipped. So, on Friday I called and asking if I could my address changed to where I will need it, they said it already shipped. So that sounds great, but I still have no idea where, and how long it will take for it to be here. I checked the rockabilia website, and it says my order has no status. I then emailed rockabilia three days ago, and I still have no reply. Simply asking if it has actually shipped, and if it has, if i could actually get an email and/or a date it will arrive. Anywho, I just want some sort of feedback from them that they are lacking to give. I hope it comes in time, if not that will disappointing and I will probably never order through them again, because of the unnecessary hassle.

“Pathetic”

Have waited for 10 weeks now for a shirt. Called to inquire and got the same person multiple times. Very rude and short. It was clear that they have dealt with customer dissatisfaction many times before me. This is a sweat shop operation. Avoid them at all costs.

“Don't buy especially if you're an international customer.”

I'm an expatriate currently residing in South Korea. I bought a shirt from Rockabilia. upon receiving my item I realized that the print was so off-center and if I wear it, the print partially disappears between my arm and rib cage. I've known about Rockabilia's lack of quality control but I didn't realize it was this bad. I even sent them an e-mail to complain but didn't hear anything back - no apology, no refund offer, nothing. Could it be that they sent me a defective shirt knowing that returning the item would be nearly impossible (without losing a whole bunch of money on shipping of course)? probably. now I'm down $30 and have a brand new shirt that's as useful as a floor rag. don't buy.

“Terrible Company”

I ordered what looked like a beautiful Avett Brothers shirt that was a reddish, almost burnt looking color, with thick, large white letters. What I got was a cheap, fire-engine red shirt with small, thin white lettering (the red is bleeding through). My shirt was also obviously a knock-off, though the site claims "licensed" apparel. The shirt tag was also pretty shredded. I wished to return immediately, and called customer service. After being treated rather indifferently by an employee (who insisted that my shirt was a perfect match to the site picture), she insisted that I would have to pay a $5.00 restocking fee to return the product, even if it was a complete return (no exchange). Also, she said they would not pay back the initial shipping fee. Please do not order from this company. They have terrible product and service.

“Terrible”

I ordered two t-shirts for my fiance's birthday. One came in on time and the other didn't. I was notified it was on back order. I decided to wait for the second to come in. I waited 2 months. I called multiple times trying to get an ETA for this second t-shirt and never got one. The last time I called I was told to "just pick a different shirt because the t-shirts of bands that aren't very popular will be on back-order for a long time." So they pretty much advertise t-shirts that they won't order pretty much ever. So if you order, make sure they have it in stock beforehand.

“Yea didnt even get my shirt lol”

I ordered myself a The Pretty Reckless band t-shirt. I searched for awhile to find one. The one they sell on their official site is a little boring with just the logo on the front. Rockashatlla had the exact shirt I have been looking for, with all the band members on it. I noticed when I was ordering it I would have to preorder it. I being an idiot didnt mind waiting. A month past and I never got an email or hear about the whereabouts of the product. 2 months after placing the order I finally get an email saying that its still out of stock and they would send it to me as soon as they would be restocked. I have forgotten about it and 3 months later they sent me a catalog of the products they sold on the site that also smelt bad. So I checked my email (which i rarely do) and just got a message saying that the product I have purchased has been discountined...ok thanks for telling me that sooo soon. Also they said I could buy something else on the site. So annoyed I looked around and couldnt find anything interesting. All the bands I like didnt have much of a variety of opinions and shirts that I actually did like were either only available XXL or still out of stock. So reading the reviews I can tell that the quality of the shirts are pure poo. I dont understand if the quality is so bad, cheap and fake that they are always out of stock.

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE”

I placed an order 5 months ago and still have no received it. I called in to check on the status of my order and all they can tell me is that the manufacturer will not start supplying new ones until they get an order large enough to make it worth their while. So basically, if they do not have your size in something you are just SOL until more people also want it. This can be who knows how long from now and I am not holding my breathe to receive it before the end of the year (making it a whole one year wait!). The service lady was also pretty indifferent and almost annoyed that I had to wait this long. She made no offer to rectify the situation with any type of discount or cash back and only said I could exchange it for something else or simply receive a refund. So while the selection may look impressive, just be forewarned if something is not currently available in your size, odds are you will never actually receive it.

“Horrible experience”

I ordered a shirt from this horrible company over a month ago. As my concern grew as to the whereabouts of my product I decided to email them. However, they have not responded to any of my emails whatsoever. In fact, there there has not even been an automated response. I suspect that the shirt itself is no longer in print as I thought I was damn lucky to find the design that I wanted which was only made available a few years ago. I have essentially given up on getting my order back and in a few days will issue a paypal claim in the empty hope that I will get something back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED

“Knock off”

Most people on this site say they got their order late or not at all. i got mine earlier than expected. this must have been to make up for the knock off of the strokes shirt i ordered. after putting it on i realized it was just a cheap shirt that they printed a fake logo on. the fact that it didnt have a license was another dead give away. dont rocka-believe them. ha

I ordered a shirt on February 15th 2014 and I haven't received anything or an order tracking number. It's for my 8 year old son and I want a tracking number so I can keep up with where it is. It was a birthday present and was supposed to already have it. It hurt his feelings. Is there anyway I can track it?

I hate to say this, but get your money back now. I had something very similar happen and the items for my son never arrived we even months later. They kept telling me two weeks, and then nothing. When I pressed repeatedly, I was told (after 6 mos.) that they get we everything sent to them by different vendors and didn't know when the stuff I'd ordered would be in. Got m Ty money back, and even then I was told i couldn't get a receipt for my retun because they "didn't do that." Terrible company and terrible service.
