Aprillia RST 1000 Futura

Note - my comments are based on the fact that I do my own servicing - It's been a pleasure owning and riding this bike for the past four years. It has been totally reliable but, as stated previously, is not the easiest of machines to service. Just changing the oil & filter means removing two fairing panels. Cleaning the in-tank oil filter requires partial removal of the oil tank. Beware of overfilling the oil tank, follow Aprilia's instructions, should be at "full" level with hot engine not cold else, on warming up,oil will overflow onto the ECU.
