I found the Soltan Aftersun Spray For Kids a very thick consistency meaning that you have to rub it in quite well allthough this is easy to do as it is in a spray. The down side to this is that if your child has caught the sun and is slightly sore this will only make it worse. Also like the suncream for kids I find that the smell once on is quite stale smelling after 20 or so minutes and as with all kids products the cost is slightly more than it should be.

A cold shower will take the heat out of skin far more quickly than any expensive and smelly cream and thus is possibly far more effective. But even fine water sprayed onto sore skin can be uncomfortable! If you see any more sunshine please send it my way as I already have my ‘Factor 30’ cream ready. Thank you.
