I have been a Yorkshire Bank Customer for over 15 years, and i can honestly say that i have never experienced any issues with either branch staff, or their internet banking service. My salary is paid in, my standing orders and direct debits are claimed and paid on the agreed dates, therefore, no bank charges (Shock!!) and because i can sometimes work late, the internet banking service is a god send. I know other people seem to have issues with YB, but I personally have found them to be courteous and professional. Keep it up YB!!!

whilst the staff at the bank are always friendly and helpful, at certain times the queues are long and the other customers tend to complain which makes waiting more frustrating.This is always first thing monday morning and most of friday.The fact the branch is local is a positive aspect at is saves time going to hunslet or to the town centre.Are more staff available at these busy times? because as a customer I need to use the bank to maintain my account and going in later or an alternative day is not an option to me.

I have used Yorkshire bank for over 25 years and only ever had one problem which they sorted out very quickly to my advantage. Never had any problems with internet baking either, all easy to use, a lot easier than some. Yes there are times when the system is down but you are given notice of this and it is usually at what would expect to be a quiet time. They have always been helpful when i have needed advise and always been courteous. \yes i would love to be able to contact my branch rather that a call centre, byt hey, thats the way of the world now unfortunately. Generally speaking i will continue to bank with them for years to come.

have had a current account with yorkshire about 25 years only time had problem was going overdrawn without permission my own fault no complaints there have been doing online banking for about six years and check my accont daily so i never have a problem i am delighted with the online banking help and hope to stay here for years to come

It would be helpfull and very polite if Yorkshire Bank would just send an Email to customers explaining what is happening with the online services, every one who uses AOL as a server knows this is happening now, though Yorkshire bank probably realised this before the customers. I have no problem at all with their general banking services as they have been very helpfull in the past, however this glitch is very frustrating.

I have used YBOnline since it started and cannot fault it, I make payments and transfers, everything is so easy, the system is well laid out and easy to use I have never had a problem with it, I also use Barclays and Alliance and Leicester banking services and must say YBOnline is the easiest out of the three to use.

I use Firefox or IE without any problem to connect having had the same problem with AOL. Recommend Mozilla Firefox for all things.

I have been with Yorkshire Bank since 2002 and been banking on line for the past 3 years and i have never had any problems with them I do get quick appointments when ever i have had the need which is only once or twice, i find the staff very helpful when on the odd times i do go into my branch which is not very often as i do 80% on line.
