My parents live in Northampton and obtained a very competitively priced policy with webmoney (now honeprotect) years ago but were astounded at the service received by call center, underwriter was unable to cover risk at renewal due to high flood risk (fair enough) but for them to then declare their policy as refused at renewal is highly unfair. The insurer refused to insure them, no claims were made. Instead of having a reasonable explanation, they were greeted by absolute rudeness and "that's the way it is" attitude. Sickening!
