Ordered a printer, given delivery date waited in all day nothing, went online date changed waited in again no delivery, told the item is delayed something I already knew told don't deliver weekends, turned up on a Saturday completely the wrong printer so I sent this back decided to give Lxdirect some more income by ringing there helpline cut off twice when I got through I was told sorry this item is out of stock and will not be getting any more. Read there reviews before wasting time and money. Be warned.

If you read these reviews then you are a sensible person and I won't need to tell you to watch out for LX Direct OR Littlewoods home shopping direct.

I felt that the service I received was unhelpful, arrogant and dis-honest.

Please avoid LX Direct at all costs! The Customer service is non-existent, they have three call centres that bounce you all over the place and you can never speak to the same person twice. They have dis-regarded an independent bike shop report that says the bike is of poor quality, they even disagree with the makers of the bike who have agreed that the bike was at fault. Since this bike was delivered it has been nothing but trouble. Our son has been deprived of his bike that was bought for a Christmas present and we have now gone out and bought him a new one.

<br/>I have decided to take Littlewoods home shopping, (LX Direct), to court.

<br/>Papers have been served and they already want to talk to me. How odd they didn&#039;t before, maybe its the fact that they are going to court that has focussed their mind. I won&#039;t settle this one out of court though, the Bike was £159.99 and for that amount of money I will take LX direct all the way to court because I know how much that will cost them.

“The endless premium number phone calls to different...”

The endless premium number phone calls to different staff at LX Direct every time, meant that we must have explained our problem at least thirty times. Not once did we receive a sympathetic hearing from any one of them.

We will now be seeking Legal redress over this bike, which is the only option left to us, unbelievably, this was what we were told by a member of LX Direct's own customer Service staff. I will also be sending LX Direct a link to this review. I suggest to any reviewer to do the same with reviews they write, be it a good or bad one, as this site is brilliant, and we should use it.

GOOD LUCK LX Direct customers, may God go with you. You will need him.

I ordered a garden awning from LX Direct and I was told when it would be delivered, so I sat in all day, but I received nothing, not even a phone call. I rang numerous times to try and discover the whereabouts of my canopy, and all I got was a lot of guess work and maybe's.

Unless you have a lot of stamina and patience, I would recommend you shop elsewhere.

I placed an order with LX Direct for two junior beds, we never received. Multiple calls to call centre resulted in hung up on or told they did not know. I wasn't angry or rude just trying to find out what had happened. They finally said the order was never processed. Still couldn't get them to process the order or offer any assistance. Will never order from this company again. If there is a problem they will not help you sort it out. Now I have guests arriving and no beds!

I placed an order, LX Direct misdirected the parcel and didn't refund my money. I then placed the order again, they lost it again and still didn't refund my money. They have debited my Visa card over 14 times for one item and I have rang every day for the past 3 weeks and still this has not been sorted. My bank have advised that I cancel my payment card as they shouldn't keep the details. The customer service department is the worst Ihave ever experienced.

DO NOT SHOP AT LX Direct.

LX Direct www.lxdirect.com - Exceptionally poor service. Bad customer services staff and ordering systems that do not work. They charged me but did not deliver my goods. Do not use.
