Very unprofessional, I offered £12500.00 for a numberplate this company had advertised, The guy I spoke to said he'd speak to his customer as he didn't own it, and call me back, He never rang back, and the number disappeared from his website 5 days later ! A simple call to saying this was no longer available would have avoided this feedback !

Rang national numbers about a number plate I’d noticed and I was told the plate was available,once I’d decided to buy national numbers took care of everything, supplying plates and dealing with the paperwork with vosa,I’d definitely recommend national numbers to anyone. They were a pleasure to deal with.

They will accept your payment and then inform you the registration is not available. Then you will be encouraged to choose something similar and more expensive. I eventually received a refund and found a much nicer trustworthy company who actually made it a pleasurable experience and I'm able to enjoy my purchase.

After posting my plate for a "FREE ONLINE VALUATION" I have received a textbook follow up sales trainee style call after. I was told by that a dummy customer who is non existent is interested in my plate and has asked me how much I am looking for for it and if still on the market. Basic script for any business involving selling of anything. You post details in exchange for having more on database to call as these guys don't value anything. They make money from selling a plate and taking a cut. The site is masked as a business that is expert in valuing plates but simply acting as middlemen with telephones.

I asked how this mystery customer enquired on a plate i have that would receive hundreds of phone calls if on the market publicly listed as the plate is a common name ... he mentioned it is listed on the site however it is not so not only inaccurate but just lack of any ability on their part.

This method has been a long standing approach of many sales companies and reflects a 100% truthful account of what has happened. I shall post this review on google also due to the attempt on part of this company at exposing how they operate.

Having had a bad experience with another company we were very wary. However, we have now purchased and sold via National Numbers and have found them to be 100% in their business dealings. They are friendly and make the admin process easy, keeping us fully informed throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with National Numbers. Everything was completed without fuss in less than a week including all paperwork and delivery of new number plates. When I enquired about a registration this company told me it was due to arrive with them on a certain date. What they failed to say was that it was a release day with Dvla and they would purchase the plate for £250.00 then charge me just over £800.00 for clicking a button and having the plates made. I understand they are a dealer and I expect a mark up but £550?? I feel that I was miss led and duped into purchasing, I expressed my disappointment afterwards in a phone call but they couldn't comment. I shall look elsewhere next time.
