    “I've had a Canon A60 since January 2005 and I have to...”

    ★★★★☆

I've had a Canon A60 since January 2005 and I have to say, 4000+ pictures later with it I am still very impressed with this camera.

    The macros are great!
    The night shots are great!
    The Landscape shots are great!
Even the people (when not moving) are great!

This camera is worth every penny and it rivals some 5mp cameras like Kodak's easyshare. The pictures are just fantastic and the 2 MP is more then enough if you do prints no larger then 8X10.

I taken pictures of everything with this camera and I mean everything and this camera still amazes me at the quality.

The four batteries last about 130 pictures using normal Alkaline batteries (not the cheap dollar store stuff, those last 10 pictures).

If you are looking for a great P&S camera and have the opportunity to buy this camera new or slightly used then I would say "Go for it!" you'll never find a camera with as much punch and value as this one. I know cause I've looked.
