I've always had an inverted nipple my whole life which has called me to have an insecured..I've done the nipple piercing twice but it really wasn't satisfying to me although it did help, I kept removing it. After steady researching about an inverted nipple I finally ran across The Niplette AND I MUST ADMIT ITS A PROBLEM SOLVER. Within 3 days I could see the formation of the nipple this cup is very comfortable to wear daily

I am 19 and have had severely inverted nipples ever since I can remember. I have never done anything about them and have just felt extremely self conscious around boyfriends. I have recently purchased the Avent Nipplette for cosmetic purposes, I have never seen my nipples before and in the few days I have been using them I was able to see the protruded and they are also able to stay out for a couple of minutes. I can't wear them under clothing as it is too obvious but I wear them around the house; I have tried wearing them at night but I find they fall off after a couple of hours (I'm a wriggly sleeper). Even though my nipples do not stay protruded for more than a few minutes, after a few months of using this I can imagine the improvements will be amazing, I have already seen changes in 3 days. For reference, I have severely inverted nipples that never protrude, even if I try to coax them. I was thinking of getting surgery but it is very expensive and not always successful. I also thought about nipple piercings but I don't think they'd be able to get my nipples out in the first place. I would definitely recommend nipplette, whether you're pregnant/breastfeeding or just for cosmetic purposes.

I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. I have seen a big improvement. I wear it during the day under a padded bra and it can't be seen for 8 hours. I find at night time in bed it falls off and hurts a bit when I move. Using a lanolin based ointment and it helps make the nipple supple and can be sucked into the niplette easily. Will keep using this product as it still needs some more time to work as i find the nipple does retract at night. Not to the point to how it was before but can see if I keep using it, it will come right. So happy I found this product. You won't regret it. The nipple does look larger after you pull the niplette off after 8 hours but does come right after a short time and your nipples both look the same. It's amazing.

After being really embarrased all of my life about my nips I tried this product. I have been using it less than a week and can see a difference. I found it better to use vaseline on my nips and around where the cup sits. Also if you use a padded bra this is a great help.

I just bought this product and have had it for 3 days, wearing it for about 7 hours each day and can definitely see the difference already! Looks very promising. However I have developed small red blotches just around the area, just wondering if anyone else had experienced this and has any advice? Thanks!

I've had mine for a few days now and I have already noticed the change. I was very pleased.. But after wearing around my nipple goes white for a while, does the niplette cut off the circulation to your nipple? and is there harm in it? Thanks

I am 22 and have had flat nipples all my life, so to find a device like this is a little miracle, no nasty surgery and my boyfriend hasnt noticed my using them (he'd think I was daft if I told him what I was up to)! When I first tried these I had problems keeping them on, I wore just a bra and the nipple pads you get with them, they would only stay on for a few minutes! So I gave up. But now I have come back after doing some research with a vengence. I heard that nipple shields would do the trick, so gave it a whirl and what a difference! I can sleep in them and they dont budge! Try them: http://www.boots.com/en/Medela-Nipple-Formers_982219/ Theyre a bit fiddly but once youve got the hang of them and theyre on its great. Ive worn them for three nights now and already see a great difference. The only side affect I have had is a clear liquid leaking but its only a tiny amount and the pack says this is normal. Anyway good luck to whoever tries these out, theyre worth it.

I had had inverted nipples since birth, seems to be something that runs in the family because my mom had them and my sisters, too. I suppose they were grade 2 or even 3 because they didn't come out even when it was cold or if I tried to get them out with my fingers... I had just holes where they are now! (and apparently niplette doesn't work on grade 3 inverted nipples, but on mine, yes!) I had never really been embarrassed about mine (my attitude with men - if you don't like me how I am, then you're not right for me, either!) but I started to think about how I would breastfeed my kids. My sister used nipplette to correct her nipples in order to breastfeed, so I thought I would try it out. In the box, you get a small, plastic case, two tiny plastic cups with plastic tubes with springs attached, a plastic syringe and some breast shells. It's relatively simple to use, you just put the cups over your nipples or where they would be!!! and use the syringe to suck all the air out. The first few times I used it it was a little bit painful, but only uncomfortable, nothing excruciating. Sometimes when I took them off the cups were filled with a yellowy liquid....ewwww! This because I was sucking too hard! Plus I had some soreness around my nipples where the cup sat again because I was sucking too hard but I used an antiseptic cream with antibiotics in and it all went away very quickly. I wore mine as much as possible, about 12 hours a day! You can see them under a tight top, although since it's winter it wasn't hard to hide them under a sweater so I wore them out and about a couple of times, but luckily for me I work only in the afternoon so in the morning I was able to wear them around the house. I also wore them at night with a comfortable bra, sometimes they would fall off but I think it's normal - people move around a lot in their sleep, I don't think Avent can do much about it! Anyway after about six weeks of use my nipples are permanently out and I'm very happy - the instructions say that if they retract again, you can just use niplette intermittently, but I've stopped using it for a few days now and my nipples are still out! If you have patience this product really does work!

when you first used it, did the suction make your nipple come out at all straight away or did it take time?
Written on: 18/01/2012
Did your nipples become cracked while using this?

When I first used it they came out but not right out into the cup, at the end they filled the plastic cup easily and without pain

I just received the Niplette today. I was very excited since I have had inverted nipples since puberty. One was completely inverted the other not so bad. But since having breastfed 2 babies not only did I lose cup sizes also both nipples were inverted again. I didnt have a problem nursing my babies but one breast did produce more milk. And I dont know if the inversion is why I stopped producing as much when they reached about 4- 6months but I did.Needless to say I've been embarassed by this my whole life. Married 5years and still dont like showing my breasts to my husband even though he says hes fine with it. No way can I afford surgery if I could I would so get bigger ones as well!! Its day 1 I used a litle vaseline on my nipple then applied the niplette to about 3 on the syringe. They have been on for hours with no problem at all!! I can't even tell they are there. I have very small breasts and was worried they would fall off...but they haven't! When your wearing them it's kinda like they lay flat to their side on my breast with my bra on but still in place. So far yes I would recommend, I mean if they stay on surely they will work. right? More Later

I would just like to add to my reveiw from before. I received Niplette and less than 1 week my nipples are amazing!!! the one that was one slightly inverted is completely erect all the time. the other is not perfect but I am confident that this will work!! I wear them 8+ hours a day everyday with no problem however if you have small children be careful...as i was picking up my 15month old one came off the wrong way, hurt a lil and got a small blister. but it was better in a day with the use of vaseline. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! Cant wait to see what results will be months from now!

After my first evening of wearing it when i took it off i had a large blister on my nipple. when i touched it it popped (eurgh) but when i put it on today i noticed that there was clear liquid coming out of my nipple, has anybody else expierienced this? Apart from that there has been a brilliant change already!! Cant wait to see what will happen in a few weeks!! And btw i used some vaseline on my nipples before the blister came up.

I am 22 and am very sensitive about my nipples. I was embarrassed and therefore wont remove my top infront of ANYONE. I want to be more comfortable with my body so I began looking on the internet and found the niplette. I like it so far and when i use it my nipples are easily pulled out however I am having a difficult time keeping them on during the day. I put them on and my bra and within an hour of moving around they are completely taken off.. I am sure i would get lasting and permanant results if this problem was fixed.. PLEZ any users who experienced this please help. Importantly I do apply lotion before suction so it stays somewhat better and stops nipples from damage

Try using a padded bra and/or wearing them at night. They stay on for me so I can't really relate.
Written on: 30/06/2011
put a little vasoline around nipple area first, it helps create a suction. If you have a busy day and lots of moving around a little medical tape keeps them put too. I also always wear a slightly padded bra and breast pads. You absolutley cannot tell I even have them on whether tops are loose or fitted!

I have had inverted nipples my whole life and have always been very self conscious about it. I recently went to see a plastic surgeon to find out about correction surgery, and he told me about this product. It took me a while to actually order it, but I am so glad I did.
I bought the twin back as both my nipples are inverted. I received them 6 days ago. I wear them on and off for a few hours a time per day, and now when I take them off, my nipples are already staying out for a good few hours at a time. This product is amasing, I never would have thought it worked until I tried it.
There are 2 main problems with the Avent Niplette, firstly that they are quite a big size. I only have small nipples, and the areola gets sucked into the cup too, leaving a funny mark. I have ordered 'supple cups' as I know they come in different sizes, so I will try them too, and see which one is better.
The other problem, was that I found these hard to stay on. During the night I have to wear a bra on top and I find that during the night, they come off. During the day I cannot wear these to work as I wear tight clothing and you can definately see them through clothes as they stick out quite a bit.
I would definately recommend these to anyone who has inverted nipples, I think after wearing them for a long period of time, the nipples will definately stay out permanently!

you mentioned you have ordered supple cups... how did it go with them? I have also both nipples inverted and they are small. As you mentioned my whole areola gets sucked up in the niplette, I was thinking of buying the supple cups for men since they are smaller... I really wish to find something which works :(

I bought the Niplette to fix my inverted nipples. When I first started using the product I found the cup was too big, as my boobs and nipples are quite small, and a lot of the areola was getting sucked up into the cup. However I learnt to hold down the areola around the nipple whilst applying the suction and this helps to stop some of it getting sucked up too. It sounds tricky but it gets easier with practice!
I find that they cover well under a padded bra and can stay on all day if I apply a lot of suction, and as the weeks go on and you do use more suction you find that they do stay on much better. Also using a cream (I use cocoa butter)helps to keep the suction strong and also moisturises the nipples. I find them pretty painless, maybe sometimes just a little uncomfortable to wear, and the first few days of use can make the nipples sensitive but this does wear off over time.
I've been using this product for a matter of weeks and definitely see an improvement. After a few hours my nipples to tend to go back inside but the fact that they stay out for that long after a few weeks is impressive and I will continue to use it. I definitely would recommend this product.

I wanted to try the Niplette strictly for cosmetic reasons. I don't have any kids, but I've always felt subconscious about my flat nipples. I just received the Niplette in the mail today. I always moisturize my body everyday after bathing which is what I did before trying it. I used KY Jelly b/c that's the only non-petroleum based lubricant I had, and that's what they suggested. I was excited to see my nipple actually come out and fill the cup. I have DD breast and I've only had a little trouble so far keeping the right one on. When it did fall off I noticed that my nipple was bigger and was staying out, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will be my saving grace. I'll keep yall posted on how it all turns out. However, it doesn't seem worth the $40 I paid, but then it again if I get permanent results then I guess it was worth it.

Well I have had many self-esteem issues because of my flat/inverted nipple problem. I had it in my mind that I wanted to purchase the nipplette but it took me some time to actually go through with it. I was not convinced that it would help me. Well I've had the nipplette for little over a month. It works when I have them on but couple minutes without them, they go back to the way they were before. I really hope that this works. I don't want to go through surgery because heard many bad things about it. But the nipplette seems to be working, I really do hope that it permanently keeps my nipples erect. They look perfect when it does, but then I get discouraged when I see that they go back to normal. All in all, it did give me hope that maybe this might be the cure.

I have just started using this again. I used to have flat nipples (both were) and then after wearing the niplette for about a week there was a noticeable difference. I had started back up at school and had found it difficult to wear them and then ran out of time altogether or just forgot to put them on.
I'm starting up again!
I am wearing them all day and all night (as much as I can - I rest for a few hours between but my nipples come out to barely any tweaking and stay hard for a minute or two). So after only two days I am again seeing results.
I am going to try to go for the full three months, I worry that I'll forget or that I won't want to wear them because sometimes it makes my nipples bleed.
So I'll give a little list of pros/cons that might help you with your purchase.
Pro:
-Nipples went from inverted to flat the first time.
-Now, nipples are going from flat to protruding with little stimulation.
-Neosporin helps with suction and helps with pain/soreness. My nipples are barely sore but there is some cracking/bleeding because they've never been out like this before so it takes time to adjust!!
Con:
-Cracking/Bleeding (helped with neosporin)
-Soreness (Advil/Neosporin + pain relief)
-Shows through padded bra somewhat
-A bit costly (Try ebay)
All in all, I have had nothing but positive results from this product and I will review again in three months to let you know how it's going.
Please feel free to ask me any questions!!

I have been using the Niplette for nearly two weeks now, for as much as a can during the day and at night..and what a change i have seen! Although the the extraversion lasts a couple of minutes after i have removed the device, I have noticed that the nipple responds (outwardly) to any external stimulation. I am quite optimistic abbout the result after 3 months of its use (as recommended) hopefully in the form of permanent nipple extraversion. I dont wish to generalise on my experience and say that it will work for everyone..this is clearly not the case for many of the reviews that i have read. The only advice I would give to those who are early users of the Niplette is to be persistent by wearing it as much as you can! (Also, to help with the soarness i have found that Vasaline (petroleum jelly kind) is very effective in both suction within the niplette and for its soothing properties!)

I have always had flat nipples, so I thought i'd give this a go. I kept the niplette on all day for 2 weeks. (I work from home) Otherwise they do stick out through all my clothes. They did pull my nipples out a bit, but I found that on little suction I was blistering from the suction hole and bleeding!I also got pain and gave up on them.
I then looked on different sites to see what else was on the market and found "Supple Nips", which are amazing, no pain, no blisters. You can even wear them under a bra! Niplette is a good product for some users but for me the soreness of my nipples was too much. The supple nips I have now been using for a few days and they work! I suggest to look at the reviews on nipple fun wear.

Hi, did you ever give the niplette a try? I have grade 3 inverted nipples and hated them! I've never seen my nipples ever in my life and after using the niplette daily for 4 months they would come out whenever i was cold! So for never ever coming out to coming out when cold, i would say it was effective to a point. I dont think its a permanent fix for people with grade 3 inversion.
