Every customer should be treated the same. The first customer to enter is just as important as the last one to leave. My daughter and I entered the store 15 minutes before closing. If it was too late for us to shop they should have said so or better yet locked the door so that nobody could enter. “Leeds Regent Street ALDI Is this a way to treat...”

I have been shopping at ALDI Regent street Leeds since its opening and found incorrect pricing and even missing pricing labels etc, while bringing this to the attention of staff I found shockingly rude and defensive behaviour from staff saying It doesn’t matter as long as the bar code is correct etc to I bet the price is there! angrily! “Bay Shore, LI Aldi Completely Ruined!!!!”

I've been shopping at Bay Shore Aldi for four years. Was always happy with the selection and prices. Fast forward to this weekend after going there after they were done renovating the store. A completely messed up and disorganized mess!!! “Aldi 'Grandessa' smooth peanut butter”

Aldi supermarket have reduced, i.e 'downsized' the size of (340 gram) jars of it's own brand 'Grandessa' (smooth) peanut butter. This was discovered after purchasing a jar of the product on 4 July 2017. However it is still labelled as 340 gram, and still the same price 0.99 pence. I wrote a letter to them about it and they replied by stating some gobbledygook about the jars conforming to an EU standard, relating to an average size of product over a range of the product. There is a member of staff so rude in the High Wycombe branch that I will never visit again.I used to buy all my shopping in there. The staff member refused to change the oranges that I had bought earlier even though I had the receipt.and told me I should have noticed before I left. “Aldi have no idea about customer service”

Aldi's philosophy is get them in and get them out as soon as they have paid. Custmers I mean,the very poeople they are opening shops all over the place for...... Staff don't help,don't get out their way if you are filling shelves and certainly dont stop sweeping the floor if someone is waiting to pay. Then there's make sure you throw all the shopping in the trolley and ask how they are paying before youve even started processing the sale. “Disappointing once again”

Once again I went there for discounted prices and they did not have the sale items in stock. Same thing happened the last time I went there two days in a row. No sale items. The prices are getting higher in many areas of the store for no reason. The herbs went up 20%, and the eggs went up 30% for the last month. The veggies were very high this visit and it is not really worth the gas to go there specially for the sales. “Why Aldi Cost Me £70 More Than Morrisons”

DON'T PARK at Aldi Fakenham if the Car Park Registration System's Not Working.  

I just received a Penalty Charge form ParkingEye (Aldi's friendly parking attendants) for £70. 

WHY?  On 6th Jan the car park registration system was broke - In store staff told customers not to worry - ignore it - I stayed 1 hr 2min. But despite a sign saying free parking extends to 1 hr 30 mins, there kind parking attendants sent a threatening letter demanding £70 or legal action.

let the local newspapers know about it and ask them to contact Aldi on your behalf for a comment. Adverse publicity is the last thing they want.
Also have a look on Google for websites that help out people in your predicament with some excellent advice.
As its some 3 months since you posted I thought you would have heard something by now.
I have only just noted your date of posting so my initial advice regarding newspapers would hold no interest to them due to the time lapse.

HI, this has happened to me before, don't worry. First of all you received the ticket because you are the car owner. This is a contract between the driver and the carpark. You must not lie not you can withhold information for example write back and say that you are indeed the owner but you were not the driver. That's it! They cannot pursue the claim against the owner and you are not responsible to declare who the driver is. I got 2 letters asking fro the driver details and both times I said it is not my responsibility to inform you who the driver was. I never lied!

Warning the only exception is if you get a "Real" council parking ticket, you just have to pay. Most supermarkets are private companies so have very little rights unless they can prove who the driver was, NOT the car owner. Check it out on line

First of of let me start by saying I respect everyone's opinion about Aldi. To me there's no value on most of there item and here's why; if you buy a box of cereal for $1.50 or so look at the amount that comes In the box vs going to a regular grocery store and spending $4.00 for a big bag of cereal. I let you do the math. Second they just throw your items like garbage into your cart, there produce just sucks. Any produce you buy you better eat it the same day. “Lack of Direct Telephone Number in an Emergency on...”

I like to shop at my neighborhood Aldi, but this complaint relates to all of their stores. I lost part of my rolator walker at the store either on the parking lot or in the store while loading my groceries. This item is irreplaceable unless I buy another entire chair.
