The customer service has no telephone number and is pathetic to communicate with online. The chat system has you on hold for 30 minutes then crashes out The email back up takes days to respond whilst getting your issue wrong, like they haven't read your email at all! “Loyalty Points Farce”

Been loyal to this company since the 'Late 80s before the name changed to game. I.E. Electronic Boutique was one previous company they took over. When I moved to the town I live in now, they took my card and supposedly transferred my account details. My son's order for PS4 was passed to a 3rd party from game.co.uk website. He paid for next day delivery which didn't come. He tried to complain to game.co.uk whose attitude is basically 'nothing to do with us, your order was passed to a 3rd party'. The whole situation is very disappointing. Ordered a ps4, money taken from my bank and an email saying it was dispatched and nothing. several phone calls later and a visit to the local store promising I would have it within days as it was a present for my sons birthday. Never received the product that morning but a refund.
