I Ordered A Karen Millen Black Knitted Waist-tie C

I ordered a KAREN MILLEN Black KNITTED WAIST-TIE CAPE # 17484 which costs 50.06$ and was surprised to receive a 5$ blouse that has nothing to do with my order.

I have been trying to contact Fcukdress since then by emails and phone calls and they simply disappeared...

I demand a full refund and a return of this wrong order immediately.

Do not order from this website. They will take your money and not send the goods. I ordered a French Connection skirt in December and I have still not received the item. Do not fall into the trap. I contacted French Connection directly and they are saying that they are not connected to this site. Loads of people are ordering from this site. DO NOT ORDER from this site.

Do Not Order Online In The Usa

It has been 3 weeks with no word about my order. I emailed them and created a Paypal case as well. Finally, I called them during their regular hours. Since, I live on the west coast and their call center hours are on east coast time M-F, it was difficult to find time to call. The customer service person let me know that my package was damaged, it would not be sent, and I would get a refund in 3-5 days. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no communication was ever sent to me. If you have a 7 day lead time for your packages, shouldn't you let the customer know before the three week point has passed that they are not getting their package? Terrible processes in place that allowed them to hold my money hostage for a month. I really like French Connection products, but I will never buy from them again. It's 2016, if you can't get your online ordering game right, you might as well not be doing it at all.

The Worst Customer Service

I ordered a pair of pumps along with two shirts. I was charged for all three items but the shoes never came. I called about their status and they told me that they did not have my size in stock and I would in fact never be receiving them so I obviously asked why I still got charged for them and to refund me the money. It's been 3 MONTHS and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND!!!!! Every time I call customer service they are clueless, nasty, and have even hung up on me. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do. NEVER EVER EVER buying from them again!

Worst Customer Service

I had ordered multiple items from french connection online that were due to be delivered within 5 working days. One dress which was intended to be worn to a ball two weeks from the order date. After 5 working days had passed I contacted the customer service provided who told me that it must have been lost in the post which they could not track for me. The customer service providers said that they would dispatch all of my items again on a free express delivery which was fine. However, I then received another email a few days later telling me that they had run out of stock on one of my items. I asked for a full refund and the items to still be delivery - which they hadn't. After another the day the items had not arrived as they missed the cut off time, so I emailed again on Thursday to which the reply told me once again that they had missed the cut off again and that the order would not be with me until Monday- three days later than my ball that the dress was intended for and more than 2 weeks later than my placed order. Eventually I had to cancel the order totally because I was getting no effective help from customer service what so ever. Seriously disappointed in the customer service I was provided with or should I say complete lack of customer service. French connection delivery service is a joke and I would most definitely not recommend for anyone to use it.

Dark Blue Boot Flare Jeans

I bought what I thought would be a high quality pair of jeans from French Connection lovely fit but the dye constantly runs - my hands are dyed blue to an extent that when I wash my hands the water runs blue, my paper hankies are died blue from just keeping them in the pocket, my other clothes that come into contact are dyed blue too. French connection were courteous but totally unhelpful siting disclaimers about the jeans being a blue rinse and they weren't interested at all in my experience. They even wanted me to email my complaint to their marketing team - I suggested given I'd taken the time to make the personal approach that they pass the facts on themselves and take an interest

I won't be buying again from French Connection - thought they dealt with quality products but sadly not. Don't buy these jeans - they are Boot Flare dark blue code 74BXL

Customer Service With An Attitude

I have never encountered such horrible customer service. They are rude, disrespectful and condescending. They kept sending me the wrong order number and tracking numbers. Every time I would call they would not let me speak and said well we apologized, it's in our notes. Never once did I receive an apology for their inconsistencies and poor attitude. Gone are the days of customer service. My favorite response from them was from their manager, who I don't believe is any manager. I asked her to send me a a return label as their was no receipt, packing slip or return label enclosed in my package and their website states under their returns that a return label is enclosed with all packages. Her response was "as it states on the back of the receipt in your package if their is no return label call to get one emailed". Hmmm ok.. But I just told you their was no receipt or packing slip in my package that I just received... I'm positive that getting a refund actually credited will be an interesting experience as well.

Terrible Customer Care

Bought a white tshirt wore it once washed it and it came out with a hole in it, tried to return the item only to be told they thought it was my fault and id done it on a belt buckle...i don't wear belts.

spoke to customer services and said that it was obviously poor quality and should last longer than one wash they wouldn't budge and kept implying it was my fault....rude and unhelpful never buying from fcuk again.

Dont Waste Your Time Ordering Online

I ordered 800EUR of clothes from the site, after receiving multiple reminders, your order is waiting to be processed, I finally placed my order, received the confirmation that the order had been placed. It mentioned in the email that during sales periods it can take longer to process. After more than 10 days I finally contacted their customer service to be told that the order had been cancelled, that they had sent me an email asking me to contact them to check security clearance. Searching my email, spam folders etc, I found nothing, they insisted they sent me the email. Long story short they cancelled the order and it will stay cancelled. Appalling customer service. I will stick with the online professionals. French Connection have a very long way to go.

Order Not Even Processed!

I ordered from FCUK during a promotion. I did not receive a confirmation email at all, just the money taken off of my credit card. Now 8 'business' days later the money has been returned to my card, which I can only guess means I won't be receiving my order! Still never a single word from the company. I had hoped to wear one of the 3 dresses I had ordered (still listed as in stock online) to a Christmas party. Lack of confirmation or communication from a company boasting online sales is just pathetic!!! Do not order from them, all you will get is a hold on your credit card for over a week.
