BHS Camberley, The staff are so pleasant, they are patient and courteous elderly are offered help, a seat if they require. I spoke with 5 members of staff two of them were from lighting, who would do everything possible to help me find what I was looking for. Advising on bulbs, offers on lights, and how easy it would be to install them. They couldnt do enough, thank you Lads. What a great team, must not forget the Manager who selected this team, Well Done Camberley Branch.

I visited BHS in The Precinct in Coventry city centre on Friday 20/6/14 around 2.30pm. I was looking at the T-shirts and whilst doing so without realising, I dropped my purse. Thankfully a very observant young sales assistant saw what had happened and was able to return it to me. I am so thankful not just for her honesty, but for her alertness as if she had not been there I doubt I would have seen it again,as I had no idea what I had done. Her conduct reflects great credit on your store.

The company is great as long as you go into the store to purchase items.

The online shop is a different matter, if you want to purchase a top they do not give the length. I am a tall person so the length is of vital importance to me. They specify petite size but do not give the measurements. When you buy online you buy blind, so sizes are of the utmost importance and as much information regarding the material as possible.
