Hadn't visited the store for some time so hoped to be both impressed by the clothes and encouraged to buy. No way! The same, tired-looking range of poor quality fabric. Only found one item that quite appealed to me - but no mirrors nearby. I only wanted to hold it up to see if the colour and style might suit. The nearest mirror was at the other end of the store. I was told they didn't tend to have mirrors as they had round pillars so couldn't put any on. Was also told there'd be mirrors in the fitting room. Obviously! The staff seemed indifferent and what struck me was how drab and miserable they looked too. Come on BHS. Get your act together if you want to attract, and keep, customers.

I am a eleven year old girl who went to BHS surrey quays on the 19.12.14. When I went into the store me and my nan spotted a lovely white and pink striped Alice in wonderland notebook/diary. I was allowed to get it but I decided not to. The next day I woke up feeling guilty that I didn't buy it so my grandad went back and brought it for me. While I waited I was so exited and texted my grandad telling him to remember about my book. Finally he came back and I was so happy I immediately opened the book up and started filling in lots of the dates. Then I was about to fill in Easter but there was no April 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th. A page was missing! I showed my grandad this and he couldn't believe it. He wanted to take the book back but I didn't want to because it looked so pretty and I spent AGES drawing and writing in it. Very disappointing! Please make sure you check for any missing pages before you buy something for someone.

I ordered a special pair of girls slippers from BHS. My daughter is watching the post every day for them... I also ordered a top for me. I then received an e-mail saying "We are not currently able to dispatch all of your order, but have dispatched the items available." It turns out on further queries when the slippers still haven't turned up that they are never going to send them. Why don't they say so. Now I've missed all the other sales waiting for slippers that aren't coming and mu daughter is really very disappointed since I kept saying they would porbably send them any day. I can't believe the poor communication. Rubbish.

I will not recommend to friends because lwent on christmas eve for shopping it was nearly time to close l bought £185/- of stuff. And lwas given £5- voucher. Which i cant use on next visit it was printed for same day.i want go again.

ordered all my wedding outfits over 4 weeks ago costing over 800 pounds. Asked for them to be delivered to store which takes 5 - 10 days max. After phone calls and visits to the shop i was then informed they tried to deliver to another address and got sent back to the factory and was put back on the website and resold so most of my stuff went out of stock. Lady has been very helpful and managed after another week to get hold of my order but had to order items in from bhs stores all over the country. 4 half weeks later i have a call saying they have them all in store. What stress it has been. I was told i wont be charged for shipment from other shops and i will still get the original discount on these items as they have had to be ordered again. It was all down to head office administration error they sold my stuff i paid for.
