I purchased a Cabinmax Trolley Bag from gadgetsuk in February 2013. After only the second use the material under the carry handle ripped. I telephoned a very helpful girl at gadgetsuk who immediately said they would send out a replacement and that I didn't have to return the damaged one. She even asked if I still wanted the same colour. I think gadgetsuk are excellent suppliers based on my experience I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I phoned them up and asked for next day delivery. For a little bit extra delivery it was arranged, and I received it the next day. This meant a happy Nephew and a relieved me.
